Pick-up will be from 8:30 AM at Reforma 222 (main entrance next to Starbucks, Motor Lobby). The main meeting point is at 8:45 AM at Av. Balderas 49, Lobby Hotel Ibis Alameda. Pick up from 8:30 a.m. Schedule may vary for logistical reasons. To keep everything flowing smoothly, please stay 30 minutes before pick up time. If your departure is at 9:00 a.m., we will wait for you at 8:30 a.m. Thank you for your punctuality!

Very organized the Mexico Tour tour, the guide Jaime was excellent, gave many explanations and told the history of all the places we passed. Both Cuernavaca and Taxco are very interesting. It was worth having made the tour because he had been in doubt because of comments about that they only took to the house selling silver. Of course we visited a silver shop, but it was a quick thing. I advise you to go with this Enterprise and be lucky to take Jaime as your guide.

I feel like tourists trapped. They were spending too much time on silver shop that we don’t even want to see. We didn’t have lunch until 2:00 pm when you travel with kids that was not early when the kids getting hungry.

Our itinerary includes a visit to the silver shop as it’s a representative part of Taxco and something many travelers enjoy 💍✨ Regarding the meal time, in Mexico it’s common to have lunch between 2:00 and 3:00 pm 🕑🍽️. We’d also like to mention that the minor accompanying you did not fall within the age range to be considered a "child" under our pricing policy, which may have caused some confusion.
On this trip my family and I were very flattered to be able to visit this magical town that is really worth it, the guide took us for a walk, we visited the church, we did our silver shopping and we had many bertas, the best of the trip!

Unfortunately I didn't have a positive experience with this tour. No one was at the dedicated pick up point on the allocated time. A driver showed up 25 minutes late and couldn't find my details on his list. We then had to wait for other passengers for a different tour with the same company. After another long wait and two more stops for additional passengers we finally left CDMX 1 hour and 40 minutes later. The first stop in Cuernavaca was rushed probably due to the delay. The itinerary said 1 hour but we were given 20 minutes. The staff did not communicate about the reasons for the delays. It was a disappointing encounter.

On this occasion, the delay was caused by a group that didn't arrive on time, which partially affected the logistics of the tour. Although this situation was beyond our control, a partial refund was offered as a gesture of empathy. This is not an obligation, but rather a sign of customer service.
