Very interesting and well taken care of by the guide who made the excursion very enjoyable. Taxco is beautiful, and we have learned a lot culturally.

An adventure in Taxco

I don't give it the 5 stars for a safety issue, we had a little mishap on the road with another vehicle, both were at fault, I think drivers should drive more carefully and be cautious, exceeding a mule on a two-lane track is dangerous. I also think they should let people choose where to eat and not take them to specific places, where food is more expensive. Otherwise I liked Taxco is very cute, but we delayed a lot in silver jewelry places and that took time to walk through its streets and tour more. Cuernavaca did not delay, it was coming in to leave, I would have liked to travel more.

The two cities are very worth this side trip. Note that there is a lot of driving required. I encourage the guide to be careful not to leave members of the group behind. There was a lengthy emphasis on the silver shops (it was even the first stop in Taxco and then there were two others), and this should be shortened.

Transfer with friendliness

The transfer and friendliness, was fine, but they did not fulfill what promised to visit, did not clarify at first and took us to a place for lunch, but each paid their bill, it could still be said that the place was optional. For the rest of it.

Great experience at Taxco

Donte was a great guide. He knew exactly what he was doing and when to do each step. Taxco was a charming city. We had a great experience seeing the replica of a silver mine, walked around for pictures, and shopped in two places, one expensive but with good quality and the other was cheaper. He also showed us the scenes in Cuernavaca. The morning pickup was a bit of wait but after that everything was great. We were able to come back around 7:30. Overall a great tour.

Disappointing

This tour was not what I expected. I assumed there would be a tour leader to show us around and give explanations. There was only a driver who knew some English. He tried hard but was not what I expected. There was a lot more time driving than I expected. Cuernavaca was just a stop to see the Cathedral. In Taxco there was a stop at a fake silver mine for some explanation and then shopping in the attached jewelry store. Then there was lunch, a short walk through town with a stop at the cathedral and then shopping at another jewelry store. The driver did not set time limits on the shopping so there was a lot of standing around and waiting. Then a long walk back to the bus. If you expect to see an interesting colonial town, this is not it

Great tour

The trip was amazing! We spent such a wonderful time in Cuernavaca and Taxco. Both places are so historical and unique, especially Taxco which is reminded me Toledo town in Spain. Also, Taxco known as a place where silver and silver products are mined and sold. I would definitely recommend the tour.
