Itinerary
We’ll start the tour at our base, where you’ll meet your guide and the rest of the group to begin the experience. To get into the spirit, we’ll start the tour with a glass of Vermouth, a classic bitter drink loved in Argentina.
Our next stop is a double treat! We’ll enjoy a tasting of some of Argentina’s most iconic wines, perfectly paired with a delicious snack of cheese and cured meats.
Time to try one of Argentina’s most beloved street foods: the empanada. Tasty, comforting, and full of flavor, a true local favorite.
Now for one of the highlights: the famous choripán! It’s a must-try, and if you're feeling brave, don’t skip the chimichurri, our bold and flavorful sauce that takes it to the next level.
Ready for the star of the show? We’ll sit down to enjoy a traditional Argentine steak in one of the most charming restaurants in Palermo. It’s what we do best!
We’ll end on a sweet note with a cone of classic Argentine ice cream. If you’re not sure which flavor to pick, go for dulce de leche: it’s the ultimate local favorite!

I had one evening in Buenos Aires and had heard multiple people say, "You HAVE to. visit the Palermo neighborhood." This was the perfect way to do it. Surprisingly I was the only tour guest but my guide Pablo and his "trainee" Florencia gave me the same level of enthusiasm as if the tour was full, We began at one of many of Palermo's wine bars where Pablo provided some Argentinian history over a charcuterie board and flavored vermouth. We also sampled some dry white wine. We wound our way through various neighborhoods and looked at some amazing street art. Food stops included a churripan sandwich, empanadas and, of course, steak. The tour may seem a bit pricey for the amount of stops but you are basically getting a full steak dinner at one of them. We ended with gelato. A great time with great guides
Good experience, the wine & the food. Though only 4 things not 6 Valentin was a great host he is very knowledgeable on wine all over Argentina.
We were excited to go on the food tour. There were two of us (both adults) on the tour. We ate less during the day with a plan on eating well. The evening started with a Charcuterie board (meat and cheese) and a glass of red wine. The host gave us some education and history. Next we went a few doors down and had a glass of white wine with more history. Afterwards, we walked a few blocks away and had an empanada each. The discussion was nice. We then walked a few blocks away and the two of us had to split a full sandwich (1/2 sandwich each). Finally, we stopped at an ice cream place for a serving of ice cream (Dulce). So to keep track, we had 2 glasses of wine, 1 empanada, 1/2 sandwich and 1 serving of ice cream each. That is not a lot of food for $60 per person. We went somewhere else and had more food on our own afterwards. We have been to other food tours in other cities and they gave plenty of food. Here, they were skimpy on the food. I would not recommend this tour for the price they want. It was still good information so that is why we gave it a 3. If they gave more food, we would rate it a 5. Look at other tours if you want to sample more food.
The empanadas cooking was good - but the food tour was average - not enough stops and not worth the money we paid. With only 5 of the 9 promised stops
Leandro was great company; interesting, courteous and entertaining. A very pleasant way to spend our 1st evening in BA. an excellent tour of Palermo and some great tips for our tour. Nice combination of food courses and wine tasting

We ate a lot and drank even more!!! This food tour is a lot of fun to do with friends, but also to meet people. We met two new friends, Paul and Frank, with whom we laughed a lot! Catalina was an excellent guide, very attentive and fun. Everything was great.
