Starting point of our walking experience in the beautiful Alicante starting with an introduction and referring to the attractions and history. Discover it.
Take a walk along the Esplanade of Spain and be dazzled by more than 6 million ceramic tiles on the floor of the promenade. Let yourself be surprised by the Spanish boulevard by the sea. Start with a ''horchata'', come with us to discover the secrets of our most popular drink, the ''horchata'' made with tiger nuts and why not enjoy the traditional almond cake.
Central square built in the 19th century as a place for water supply and a meeting point. Formerly it was called Plaza de Elche. Learn about its history and admire its centennial ficuses. Ideal for taking beautiful photos. Get ready for the second stop of our Taste Alicante experience. Taste two glasses of local wine plus our special ham.
Get to know the Calle Mayor, its history and delight yourself with its gastronomy while you learn about the customs of the locals.

Tour operator never turned up, only cancelled when called them after waiting 20 min, travelled 30 miles for the tour, very disappointing they never called or emailed to say it was cancelled

Our tour guide Silvia was the best!! We couldn’t find the meeting place and she contacted us and came to us. She was so knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the history of the local food. Loved the market!!

Silvina was great! We walked around town trying different food and dishes we would never have tried otherwise. Turns out I love olives now. Excellent tapas, drinks, and got to learn a lot about the culture. She helped me with some questions and guidance outside the tour. I recommend the tour

Silvina was our host and she was amazing! She was friendly, interesting and engaging. We learned lots about the history of Alicante and also what it is like to live in present day Alicante. We visited the food market which was incredible and we enjoyed the most authentic food and delicious wines. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would definitely recommend it.
