This would score a minus 5. The agent forgot our booking with one other couple. This was 0830 am. Sent a taxi to pick us up and to join a coach tour. We were picked up by taxi at 1000 am. Max people advertised was in a minivan 10-12. We joined the coach around 1130am. Taroudant is a waste of time. We went to the Mefina to see ancient TVs and second hand items in the bazaar. Not very touristic at all. It was filthy. Lunch was provided at 1400 in Tiout. I had ordered vegetarian Tagine and it was presented in a soup plate. Bread we had to ask for and drinks came almost as we finished the meal. Very disorganised. And into of that food was tasteless annd the drinks were not chilled. Avoid at all costs. The palmerae took over an hour to visit due to the sheer group size and people with Buggies kids and various ages. There were no toilet facilities arranged here. The journey back home took over 3hrs - 54km away from Agadir. We have requested a full refund as the day was disastrous. Not planned for such a large group. Nothing was moving to schedule. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - better off hiring a taxi for the day visit! THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTING
