Disembark from the cruise ship and your tour will begin. The journey to Castelmola will take about 45 minutes by motorway.
First stop of our tour the beautiful castle. Small medieval village famous for its almond wine and a unique bar in the world: the Bar Turrisi. Here, included in the tour, you will have the opportunity to have a small tasting of Sicilian cannoli and the delicious almond wine. You will also have at least 30 minutes to visit the village independently.
Our tour continues with the descent to the elegant Taormina. Crossing the historic arch of Porta Catania, we will immerse ourselves in the rich past of the city. We will explore the magnificent Greek Theatre (ticket not included), a masterpiece of ancient engineering famous for its breathtaking view of Mount Etna and the sea. We will continue towards the enchanting Florence Trevelyan Public Garden, a green oasis of charm Exotic belonged to an English noblewoman, linked to the court of Queen Victoria, who fled from England because of a scandal involving her. Afterwards, walking along Corso Umberto, the main street and ancient decumanus, you will be surrounded by elegant boutiques, lively cafes, picturesque alleys and historic buildings that guard the true essence of the city. Finally, we will reach by car an exclusive viewpoint, unique to admire and photograph from above the famous Isola Bella, leaving an unforgettable memory of our beautiful land.
Upon returning from Taormina our journey will end at the port of Messina. Guaranteed return.

Arrived at the port of Messina the meeting with travelers will take place at the exit of gate 5 One of our drivers will be there to welcome them with a sign with their name on it. The start and end time of the tour is to be agreed at least 24h in advance based on the arrival and departure of the cruise ship.

Our tour guides Allesandro and Aurora were amazing. They had refreshments ready for us when the tour started. They provided a comfortable vehicle for touring. Aurora was very friendly and helpful through the tour. She pointed out all the important places to see and we saw quite a bit with the limited time available.
Alessandro and Aurora were exceptional! We asked for special arrangements and exception for starting our tour later than scheduled so they could accommodate us so we could attend Sunday Mass before going into Taormina. They greeted us after and took us to a cafe for a snack and refreshment before beginning our tour. They were both very knowledgeable drinking and taking us around everywhere . Aurora recommended shops for us and a place for a light lunch which was excellent! She was so knowledgeable about the area and history of Sicily and Italy in general. Both very friendly and went out of their way to make our experience so enjoyable. Would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Messina and Sicily!!

The drive, Allesandro was excellent, took us to memorable spots gave us time to explore, cannoli was best i ever had! The theme bar was quite an unusual experience, but the drive was best, green, lush countryside.

Bahar was energetic and positive. We all liked her. However she needed to really learn to guide. Stop to face the entire group and talk so we all hear. Focus more on details and history of the monuments and buildings. We had no mention of the big Roman Theatre. She give us a fantastic recommendation for lunch. We enjoyed the day.
