Important Information
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
- In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
- Minimum age is 3 years
- Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
- It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
- If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

The guy that assisted the group in flying was unable to ensure the flyers didn't fall. He was either inexperienced or too weak. I fell and was embarrassed and humiliated in front of my peers. Because I fell, the other students were afraid to fly. I would never refer this place and will be sure to explain my experience to ensure others don't get embarrassed like I was.
Hello YoliGB. We apologize that you did not have an excellent experience. The video of your flight was reviewed and the Instructor did what they are trained to do. They had to reset your body position in this case to ensure a safe experience.
Kevin was our instructor. I’m the grandmother and I had taken my eight year-old granddaughter and put in words that her words as we were driving away. She said you know I really like Kevin he’s made me feel comfortable and at ease and he doesn’t talk down to us like I’m just a kid. Exceptional event! From the moment we entered the building to each and every staff member encounter —EXCEPTIONAL!! As a previous trainer for sales and customer service I’d given Kevin a pay raise ! Excellent !!

The staff is fun and professional. You don’t have to be an athlete to do it. It’s a very unique experience. I would do it again.

I visited iFLY Tampa and it was an amazing experience: the staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and safe, and flying in the wind tunnel was exciting and fun. Perfect for beginners and families looking for something different and full of adrenaline.
