Hello, I would like to inform you that the pick-up for yesterday's excursion did not take place. When I called the local agency prangli they told me there was no reservation under my name and no transfer scheduled from the hotel. None of the reference numbers I was given worked, and as a result, the excursion did not happen. No guide contacted me, and the agency had absolutely no record of my booking. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund. You may confirm with prangli that the excursion did not occur.
Thank you for your feedback, and once again, we sincerely apologize for the unfortunate experience you had. We would like to clarify that no call or message was received by any of our agents at Prangli Travel at the time you realized that something is wrong. Had we been contacted at the time, we would have responded immediately and done everything possible to find a quick solution to make the tour happen. I believe that you may have called by accident to some other agency as there were any calls made for us. The tour was indeed confirmed on our side, but unfortunately, due to a human error, the reservation process was left incomplete. This was an isolated case and not something that has ever happened before. We deeply regret this oversight. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we issued a full refund and extended our sincere apologies directly to you. We genuinely value your trust and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you properly on a future visit.
Jorge met us at our cruise terminal in Tallinn and first drove us out to Jagala falls. On the way, he was filling us in on many aspects of the history and life in Estonia. The falls were a lovely start to our tour that we don't think many on our cruise got to see. Then we drove back to old town Tallinn and walked the city for close to 2.5 hours, with Jorge sharing his extensive knowledge of its history. He is a charming guide who answered all of our questions freely; we recommend him highly.
Nilla was awesome! She gave us a ton of info and we really enjoyed her. We liked all the small quaint recommendations. The restaurant RADO was our fav.
Chris was a great guide. We loved our personalized tour. We highly recommend this tour. The drive to the waterfall was interesting. We had fantastic weather.
Thank you!

Never picked me up. Tour company "lost" my reservation. Didn't respond to anybody my messages either.
We are so sorry, we have been in connection, and tried to explain.
Great tour! The guides were very friendly and gave us an amazing experience. I highly recommend the tour for everyone!
Thank you!
Our guide was very knowledgeable with the insights, culture, and history of Tallinn. The Jagala waterfall was super pretty, it’s small but such a great place to leave the city! Old Town is magical and the Estonian food/ restaurant (The Farm) our guide recommended was such a great way to end our tour. Thank you so much!
Thank you!
The guide Liina picked us up from the hostel and on the way to the waterfalls she told a lot about the history of estonia. The waterfalls where very nice to visit and Some nice pictures where made. The tour through the city was also very nice. There where so many stories to be told so in a short period we heard everything about the historisch of Tallinn and estonia. Liina is a great story teller! Would recommend this tour for everybody
