Minimal Guide to Tallinn

Minimal value, better with a guide book. Keeps trying to sell a new version. No additional or valuable information.

Operator response

Thank you for your feedback. Our product is a Self-Guided Audio Tour, designed to give visitors an overview of Tallinn’s most valuable and interesting sightseeing points. The tour shares stories about each location — including its history, cultural significance, and why it’s important to our country and people. While similar information can be found in books, online, or from other sources, we’ve collected and curated it all in one easy-to-use app for your convenience. Of course, travelers always have the option to explore using other resources, but we hope our app helps make the experience simpler and more enjoyable.

Handy map, but audio can be improved

We are busy during the day during our stay in Tallinn so wanted an old town tour we could do in our own time. This guide was useful for guiding us to the main sights and it’s a good route. The audio gave a broad overview but the computer-generated narration had quite a few errors and was a bit repetitive, and we couldn’t be sure of its accuracy. Okay as a backup but I’d go for a human-led tour every time!

Operator response

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We're really glad to hear that the route and guidance helped you explore Tallinn’s Old Town at your own pace. We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the audio narration. You're absolutely right—while computer-generated audio allows us to offer flexible, on-demand tours, it doesn’t always match the quality of a human guide. We're currently working on improving both the accuracy and variety of the narration, and your input helps us identify where those improvements are most needed. If you return to Tallinn, we’d love to welcome you on a live guided tour for a richer, more interactive experience. In the meantime, thank you again for your thoughtful review—and we hope you enjoyed your time in this beautiful city!
