Avoid at all cost!

A thoroughly disappointing tour. Disorganized late start to the tour, the driver went to the wrong cruise terminal despite already been told which cruise ship we are on. Only a public minivan was used in Tala Park which didn't go well on the wet safari trek, it lost control and ended up in a ditch, luckily no one was injured. Rescue took more than an hour and the rest of the tour was called off. Tried to get refund but didn’t get any response. Avoid this operator at all cost!

Operator response

The customer supplied incorrect cruise terminal address. The tour was delayed by late arrival of ship. The game drives have set times. This was fault of ship delayed and not tour operator. Although a different vehicle was eventually used, we made it a point that customers saw as much animals as possible.
