Fantastic tour! Even our 16 & 18 year olds enjoyed! Julianna was knowledgeable & offered many interesting historical facts. She was cautious with our nut allergy. The chocolate was spectacularly special. Bachman & Brandli… Be forewarned most things are closed on Sunday, but we enjoyed the quiet and almost empty streets.
We had a great time exploring Old Town Basel with Petra. She shared so much great information about the history of the city. And the chocolate samples were delicious!

Our tour guide was Juliana and did a great job! The history of the city was covered well, got to see not just the outside of the buildings, but went in and got closer up to what you walked by. Chocolate tastings were great too, up to 3 pieces at 4 places was a great way to try out the famous Swiss chocolate. Great for people that want something a little more than just a history walking tour.

Had a lovely walk and chocolate tasting with Juliana. She was knowledgeable and easy to get to know and knew a lot about Basel and history and made the tour interesting and informative. Great tour with John. We walked around the city for almost three hours. There were three chocolate tastings. John was very knowledgeable about the city. Although there were only five of us, it would’ve been nice to have individual audio devices so that we could hear what he was saying. The city was loud and it was hard when we did not stop and have him face us directly. Sometimes he spoke as we were walking and we couldn’t hear him. I would’ve also liked to have more chocolate tastings.
