The trip was great and the guide was knowledgeable and made sure we all felt like VIPs. Would recommend!
signed up for this tour because of many positive reviews. A chance to see much of Switzerland. Supposed to be time for exploration in Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindewald.. From the moment we got on the bus our tour guide was trying to upsell us to Jungfraujoch which we declined. We spent maybe 40 minutes in Interlaken without the guide, and the maybe fifteen minutes in lauterbrunnen to take a picture of a distant waterfall. The our guide left us to take a group to Jungfraujoch. Our bus driver then took us to Grindewald and left us for four hours. Glad to have seen much of Switzerland but highly disappointed with tour giude/u[psell pressure. Also the location for meeting the bus was not clearly marked or identified on my mapping program and we spent several anxious minutes searching for bus
Our guide Kid was excellent! Very informative and eager to take our pictures in every location. He was funny, friendly and protective in keeping us safe and together throughout our journey.
First of all, it's costly. To really make it an awesome trip, you will have to add to extra 180chf. However, it's well worth it imo. Kid was an excellent guide and great photographer. Our driver was top notch. The owner, owes us some refund because the wifi didn't work and he was very nasty about it. Wish we had more time in Interlaken. Still an great tour.
Beautiful scenery with an amazing tour guide named Kid. Kid made the tour exciting and took so many photos of us with all different backgrounds. It was an incredible experience. It was like we were on a private photo shoot.
The places were amazing. The tour guide was not very nice. I think his name was Kid we did everything on our own, but guessing you get what you paid. Interlanken and Grindelwald worth the visit.
It was a great day. We saw the best of Switzerland. The Swiss alps is amazing! We lived the guide. He is funny, helpful, passionate and knowledgeable.
Beautiful time at Grendel’s could of been little shorter and more time in interlake should let people know that a lot of places only took cash no card
Awesome. Our tour guide made this experience truly fun, informative and well organized. View was breathtaking
Before booking read the reviews carefully because our experience was the same as all the travellers who did not buy the extra package. We paid a lot of money to take a bus and be dropped off at two locations with NO guidance or information. While we knew we would not have a guided tour in Interlaken and Grindelwald - we expected to be given some helpful information/tips and not just be dropped off. Once we got to Interlaken our “tour guide” left to take people who had paid an extra $170 CHF and we did not see him again until driving back to Zurich. We had no information given to us about the options for cable car rides etc…. We were dropped 10 minutes outside the town in a parking lot with all the other travellers who had not bought the extra package. We had no idea where to go or what our options were for cable car/train rides up the mountains. This could have have all been avoided with some simple guidance and information - but our tour guide was not even on our bus. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade and come on the tour with him for $170 CHF - CASH only - he even offered to guide us to a bank machine. Do NOT waste your money. Take the train. It was a very expensive day with no guidance whatsoever.
