For Transfer-included option: Pick up location in Hanoi Old Quarter area. For guests staying outside the Old Quarter, please come to Hanoi Opera House - 1 Trang Tien street at 07.45 am for pick up. For Cruise-only option: Please come to the Halong International Cruise Port at 11.45 am. If you arrive later, you are able to miss the cruise.

We found the cruise a super fun experience, the group was not too big. Very good food and fun activities done like kayaking, swimming and visiting a cave. The advantage with Swan cruises is that they visit the less busy part. Our guide Sunday was very pleasant and guided us super through our 2 day trip.

We had the Bai Tu Long one-night cruise with Swan Cruises. It’a was very nice en comfortable. The food on board was really great. Our guide “Spiderman” told a lot about the area and take good care of us and the other tourists.
Our experience with Swan Cruises was actually completely positive. Although there are many tour operators in the Halong bay we were very happy with this one. Our guide Sunday was friendly, correct and cheerful from the beginning to the end. He really gave the tour an extra boost. Everything was perfectly organized, from the pickup at the hotel in Hanoi with comfortable bus, the reception, the rooms on board (one with jacuzzi, delicious!), the food on board and especially the care. We sailed to the slightly less visited Bai tu long bay but the activities there were also very nice: kayaking and swimming. Despite the fact that you have to get out early on day 2, that is not for nothing because you are the first to reach the Ten caves, before the big pack comes. There are not really any downsides except that you eat a lot because of the spacious and delicious meals!
We recently spent time aboard the Swan Cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Choosing Bai Tu Long over the busier Ha Long route was the right call — quieter waters, stunning scenery, and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. The service aboard was perfect and everything ran like clockwork. The whole trip was well organized, with a smooth flow between activities, meals, and downtime, so we never felt rushed or left waiting. The food was good and offered plenty of variety, and our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The real highlight, though, was our guide Sunday. His hospitality was outstanding and added an extra dimension to the whole trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the bay, its geology, and local life, and he shared it all in a way that was engaging rather than lecture-like. On top of that, he kept the group entertained throughout with music and even magic tricks — a lovely personal touch that turned a great cruise into a truly memorable one. If you're considering a cruise in the area, we can wholeheartedly recommend the Swan Cruise, and if you're lucky enough to have Sunday as your guide, you're in for a treat. Highly recommended.
A great experience from start to finish! Our guide Sunday was absolutely fantastic: super friendly, enthusiastic and professional. He told many interesting things, organized fun activities and provided excellent entertainment. The guidance was really perfect! Also the cruise itself was fine: great food, top service and a neat, comfortable room. Everything was excellently taken care of. An absolute must for anyone who wants to discover Bai Tu Long Bay!

My grandson and I went on a 2 day 1 night cruise, starting from the hotel we were picked up by our guide Sunday, which would eventually turn out to be not only a guide, but also an entertainer, musician, storyteller, tai chi coach and so much more. The program was filled with interesting facts, delicious meals, beautiful excursions and funny moments. Sunday is a real treat for a guide. We sailed with the “Swan” which was a really nice ship with some “classic” vibes, it was really quite comfortable and enjoyable. Meals were beautifully prepared and served with great timing. The crew on board were both nice and very helpful. But really, if you ask me, the guide really made the difference. These 2 generations really enjoyed themselves and both felt really seen. Big ups from both of us. Sunday; thank you so much from the both of us.
