Nice but not exceptional. The indications on the spot are well indicated. The volume is beautiful. Very... artificial trees, that's special.
We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. It’s great to know the dome stood out during your visit. The Supertrees do have a distinct design that creates a unique atmosphere for many visitors. Your feedback adds a helpful perspective for others planning their trip.
This was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of visiting Singapore. Be prepared for a lot of walking—I logged about 20,000 steps that day—so comfortable walking shoes are a must. It’s also smart to start as early as possible for cooler weather. A UV-blocking umbrella and plenty of water will help keep you comfortable and hydrated throughout the day. My ticket included entry to the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, Garden Rhapsody (the Supertree light show), and Floral Fantasy. If you choose the Floral Fantasy + Gardens by the Bay option, Floral Fantasy is included, but you can also add the Supertree Observatory later while you’re there if you decide you want to go up. Floral Fantasy was beautiful and definitely worth visiting, even without kids. The displays are creative and colorful, and there are many great photo opportunities. The Flower Dome is a great place to visit during the hotter part of the day because it’s fully air-conditioned. Inside, you’ll see gardens featuring nine themed areas inspired by regions such as the Mediterranean, South Africa, California, and Australia. Each section highlights plants and landscapes native to those parts of the world, making it both beautiful and educational. The Cloud Forest was another highlight, especially with the current Jurassic Park theme. The dinosaur displays were a big hit for families, and the dome itself features the world’s tallest indoor waterfall. Like the Flower Dome, it’s cooler inside, making it a perfect break from the outdoor heat. Gardens by the Bay itself is free to enter and can get very crowded, especially in the evening. If you want a good spot for the Garden Rhapsody show, arrive early and position yourself near the center of the Supertrees. The 15-minute performance combines music with incredible lighting effects, and it’s something you absolutely have to see in Singapore. If you can only do one thing while visiting, this should be it. I experienced the Supertrees two different ways: first from the ground during the evening light show, and later from above on the Singapore Flyer just as the lights were turning on. Seeing them from both perspectives made the experience even more memorable. If you plan to watch from below, bring something small to lie on—like a poncho, towel, or light blanket. Most people lie on the pavement to comfortably look straight up at the trees during the show. Everyone gathers together and looks up at the canopy, which creates a really fun shared atmosphere. If you want to record the show, a dedicated camera works better than a phone for longer videos. My Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus tends to overheat when recording video for extended periods, so I ended up using my GoPro instead. Even then, videos don’t fully capture how impressive it is in person. Overall, this is an absolute must-see in Singapore. The gardens, domes, and Supertree light show together create an unforgettable experience.
Thank you for sharing such a detailed account of your visit. It’s great to know the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, Floral Fantasy, and the Supertree light show all contributed to such a memorable day. Your practical tips about arriving early, wearing comfortable shoes, staying hydrated, and finding a good viewing spot for Garden Rhapsody will be valuable for future visitors. Experiencing the Supertrees from both ground level and above sounds truly special, and the Jurassic-themed Cloud Forest continues to be a favorite for many guests. We’re delighted the visit became one of the highlights of your time in Singapore and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
The cloud forest is the best. Amazing. Takes at least an hour to complete. A lot of waking and stairs to complete the whole tour. But don't need to do the stair portion.
It’s fantastic to hear the Cloud Forest stood out as the highlight of your visit. The lush displays and elevated walkways truly create an unforgettable setting. Your tip about allowing enough time and pacing the route will help future visitors plan their experience comfortably. We’re glad it left such a strong impression.
Lovely late afternoon &evening spent at GBTB. Definitely worth the money, you can spend hours there and get a bite to eat. The garden rhapsody was amazing, lie down to get the best view. I would say that you can just walk into the GBTB without paying for the garden rhapsody if that’s all you want to do. Very helpful staff when renting a wheelchair, excellent service, thanks
It’s great to hear you enjoyed a relaxed afternoon and evening at Gardens by the Bay. Spending time among the gardens, and watching the Garden Rhapsody clearly made the visit special. Your tip about viewing the show and the praise for the wheelchair support team are much appreciated. We’re glad the service added comfort to your experience and hope the memories stay with you.
