Great tour. Small group, very informative. Fantastic food. Thomas was a great guide and knew what he was talking about.
I had a really great time on this tour. We hiked next to the city wall, sat down for a tea, watch the sunset, and relax. During the hikong, Alex the tour guide told me a lot of stories about the area, and about the history of the city wall. It was a pleasure to have this company during the hike. Also, don't forget about the food. It was excellent. The restaurant was very authenthic and the steamed pork with kimchi and the korean pancake are a must have experience. Recommended for everybody.
Jin was super cool and amazing. His knowledge and history of Seoul is great, he explained everything perfectly and the coffee house and Korean bbq dinner was excellent. If you come to Seoul look him up and take his tour
Jin was such a lovely host. His knowledge and care unforgettable. It's quite an easy hike and really enjoyable
Jin is a great host and tour leader. We never would have seen some of the places in Seoul if we hadn’t gone on this tour. Wear your tennis shoes, because you’ll be hiking up and down by the city wall. The Korean BBQ was in a back alley and so delicious. A real authentic experience. Don’t miss this tour!
Beautiful walk along the Fortress wall in Seoul. This is an easy uphill walk with views over Seoul. The cafe spot is the perfect combination of gorgeous sunset views and a pretty nice long black. Dinner was the best I've had in Korea. Our guide Joon was very knowledgeable about a variety of topics and you could also see his passion for good food. Thanks for a memorable tour Joon, it's one of my favourites
I love how Jin was so knowledgeable about the area. It's easy to tell how his love for the area, history, and the people. Saw some amazing scenery, great food, and made new friends. Also made a side trip to the batting cages to help digest out dinner. Highy recommend!!
He never showed up. Super disappointed! Don’t sign up for this tour. I think Viator should not work with him going forward
This was a lot of fun for my friends and me. We thought it was going to be a chill stroll through a park when really it was about a 20-30 minute trek (with breaks) up a steep hill with stairs. It was more physically demanding and sweat inducing than anticipated but it was absolutely beautiful when we got to the top. The guide was good about taking breaks when we got off the incline, and we stopped at an adorable tea cafe to chat and learn more about Korea. After that, we went to dinner and had the best food of our entire trip. The hike definitely made us hungry and yet, we still didn't finish it all. I would 100% recommend this if you are looking for something more physical with a great meal at the end.
We had a lovely pre-dinner stroll with Jin. He took us to two places we most likely would not have discovered without him. He shared some history of Korea, as well as current events. The dinner was exceptional as well as authentic. I will book with Jin when we return to Korea.
