It was a great boat cruise at the sunset with a great experience! The boat boarded timely and we had great views.
The trip was very well organized. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean. Unfortunately, the pizza was not particularly tasty and cold, and 15€ for a glass of cocktail is a bit much. Nevertheless, everything else was very nice, from the music to swimming in the sea to the sunset with the subsequent cheerful night view over the harbor of Palma.
We booked and paid for this trip more than 6 months in advance for a group of 40 people who had traveled to Mallorca for a wedding. Upon arrival, we were informed that the company had overbooked and canceled the trip for all the people who booked that day. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy and professionalism in handling the situation. No real effort was made to find a solution or acknowledge the impact this had on such a special event. Refunding the money does not make up for the time, planning, and disappointment caused to 40 guests who had traveled from far away. A very frustrating experience and a major letdown. I would not recommend this company for important events or group bookings.
More of a party boat than a relaxing ride. Very loud music, drinks extremely expensive. Beautiful view, but after 2 hours the excitement was gone.
We loved the atmosphere throughout the tour. The staff was always attentive to everyone, and the included food was very good. Catalina Island is truly beautiful and exceeded our expectations.
We experienced the boat tour in Mallorca as pleasant overall. The boat was clean and well-maintained, so one felt comfortable on board right away. We were also positively surprised that there was pizza on board. The booking process was straightforward and smooth, and the entire team was friendly and helpful. There was no tour guide or guided explanations during the tour. However, this was not a problem for us, as we mainly wanted to enjoy the time on the water. The ride itself was relaxed and offered beautiful views, even though the focus was more on the experience than on information. We found the price-performance ratio to be acceptable overall: Being on a boat for about three hours for 50 euros is quite reasonable for Mallorca on vacation. Overall, a nice, uncomplicated boat tour.
The Barkeeper with the grey beard was completely unfriendly and angry, and threw for example Cups behind the Bar which made the guests wet. He shouldnt work with people or work there at all!
We were looking for a sunset cruise and did not expect a party boat. But, we made the best of it as one of the older people on the boat. The staff was great and they pointed out the dolphins, which made our experience very special.
Fantastic boat outing, like the entire staff, but the undisputed number one is Captain Alessio… We can't wait to return.
If I didn't know how to start a party, this would be a solid 1 star review, but the DJ was decent and the other patrons were a vibe. The staff was rude, the pizza was cold the seating isn't comfortable. We did get great views of the sunset as promised but of all the countries I've done these types of cruises in, this one has been the worst. I asked during boarding if there was any part of the boat that was smoke free because I have allergies (I didn't complain or demand special accommodations, just in the US it's common to be totally smoke free or have a smoke free area so I figured it couldn't hurt to ask) and I was scoffed at then talked about in spanish to other crew. There were a lot of smokers on my tour unfortunately. I did my best to stay away from smokers but the ratio was 2:1. Aside from starting off with attitude due to my question, they crew just wasn't welcoming or friendly.
