Great experience, lovely people : The scenery is very beautiful, we see the sunset on the way home as we were driving up the mountain back towards the hub . Guide was very friendly, and made sure everyone was happy and looked after. Will definitely recommend
Very poor, no information was given about where we were, what we were seeing or anything. There’s multiple stops listed on the site but we stopped once at some random place where we could see the views of Tenerife, then drove to a small cafe as a toilet stop then went off road for 20 minutes. That was it. No national park; no volcanic stops, nothing. Wouldn’t waste your money if you’re wanting an actual tour with information. Wine and cheese are just store bought salami and packet cheese, with wine being very cheap. Back at the base, not anywhere fancy. Book with another company, this one’s a rip off.
Very fun, recommend. The tour is very fun and the tour guide was very good and funny. After the driving we got some food and drinks for free
Amazing experience with my best friend. We were picked up right from the hotel on time. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Gloves, goggles and as many jackets as you want to layer up with were provided! A mix of on road and off road driving. Views were amazing and lots of stops and photos Finished off with some sangria and cheese and ham. Would definitely recommend!
NEFARIOUS!! AND I'M SHORT... I went with some friends and everything started already bad when the same owners were an hour late. Her only explanation was that there was traffic... then my friend got into a curve accident. You can imagine the scare... they capsized and he did a lot of damage to his head. The mechanic's only concern was to see if the buggy was still working. Leaving aside the whole accident when we returned to the base, we were presented with a budget of €300 that had to be paid for the damage of the Buggy. Funny because nobody had seen the vehicle, so nobody knows where that budget came from. Obviously we refused, as it was a traffic accident and fortunately it didn't come to anything serious. When arguing with the manager, the same one who works as a mechanic, we did not reach any agreement then I went to his boss by phone, who insulted me and treated me as a thief for not wanting to pay that 300 €. Taking away the disrespect and his poor manners, as he only spoke on the phone as you will understand any excursion has insurance since we are not playing the patch. We're driving a vehicle, which poses risks. When we went to the hospital the same doctors and police told us that we had to report, since those vehicles are not prepared to go by road with cleat wheels. Let’s not forget that we are promised an excursion called Safari buggy and all we do is go by road and 20 minutes of land 20 minutes literal. WHAT COMES TO BE A HOAX, A ROBBERY AND VERY BAD TREATMENT BY THE COMPANY.
Did the buggy tour on 30th December. Was a brilliant way to see the north side of the island. The buggy was exciting to drive and the off road was great fun. Our tour guide Daniel was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the buggy and places we visited. Our pick up was on time from the hotel and was 20 minutes drive from our hotel in a minibus. Jackets are provided if you would like to wear one but we had our own. Would highly recommended was a lot of fun
WE DID THIS BUGGY SAFARI TWO YEARS AGO. IT WAS SUPERB. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOW. IT IS THREE HOURS FROM HOTEL TO BACK TO HOTEL 20 KM ON ROAD DRIVING, FIFTEEN MINUTES ONLY OFF ROAD. LEAFLET QUOTES TWO OFF ROAD SECTIONS. NO VIDEO. THE BUGGYS HAVE BEEN UPGRADED
It was super fun. The off-road part takes only about 30 minutes, otherwise you drive on paved roads. The scenery is very beautiful and the tour is also a small island tour. The “wine and cheese tasting” unfortunately brings the 2 star deduction. There are just a few glasses of 2 carafes with a few cheese rolls in the workshop where the tour starts and ends. That was a bit very disappointing 😂 In advance, it would be useful to send an email stating that a scarf/neckerchief and large sunglasses are necessary.
The buggy tour itself was very nice. But there are a couple of points I would like to comment on. The need for extra clothes should be made clear. The tour was very cold. It also doesn't inform very well about how dirty one gets. Another thing is that they use names like Teide in their advertisement. The tour we had was nowhere near the Teide volcano. Maybe a bit misleading? Sounds like I'm dissatisfied. But I'm not. The tour was very nice. And the tour guide was very friendly and fun.
Tour guide was really knowledgeable. Was an amazing trip and got some amazing photos. The trip was a perfect amount of time, only downfall was the off road is on the AM trip and this wasn’t explained when booking
