This cruise is the perfect way to begin your evening in paradise – it’s a sunset party on the water! You'll enjoy the warm tropical breezes and unparalleled views of the Big Island aboard a well-appointed catamaran. This tour includes a Pupu buffet for snacking featuring a variety of appetizers, and a complimentary bar. Great fun -- great photo ops! Please note: Cruises scheduled on the vessel Alala are not sailing trips...you'll be cruising under power. Please call us to reconfirm departure location and directions to our check in location. We depart from EITHER Anahaeho'omalu Bay OR Kawaihae Harbor depending on the day you choose.

We had so much fun on our sunset cruise! Of course the views were amazing, but the crew was too. Everyone was professional, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely book again if on the island.

Staff and views were great. The ship is well kept and the food was good. They made sure everyone was comfortable and drinks in our hands.

This was a wonderful evening. We were lucky enough to catch a trade wind so we could sail into the sunset. Tye, our captain and the rest of the staff (on the beach and in the boat) were excellent - friendly, accommodating and helpful. We were offered as many drinks as we wanted, but no one abused the offer and it was truly a peaceful sail. There was self serve food and great views. We sailed close to three humpback whales playing in the water, just as the sun was setting into the ocean. Thank you Tye for all the history on our original racing catamaran and for making our evening truly memorable.

We really enjoyed our trip! The staff were amazing. Very very friendly and helpful. It was very very rough so we couldn’t really walk around the boat, but the staff kept our drinks coming and always with a smile. The sunset was beautiful! I was apprehensive about getting on the boats but it was actually very easy. You do walk in the water a little bit so I wouldn’t recommend wearing long pants or shoes. We just wore shorts and flip flops and it was fine. I’d definitely go again during whale season. It was a very peaceful, beautiful experience. Again I can’t thank the staff enough for being so nice and helpful. (Also thankful for the Kama'aina discount!)

You don’t want to miss this! Crew was super attentive and interactive as much as you wanted them to be. They were informative. Good drinks and simple fresh appetizers of assortment of wings, cheese & crackers, fresh fruit & veggies. Very romantic sunset.

It was a great sailing with snacks. Includes free Unlimited drinks! The best time on a boat in Hawaii.

We had a wonderful experience with Ocean Sports Sunset Cruise. The crew was awesome and bent over backwards to be accommodating. Beer, wine and great Mai Tais plus snacks are never ending! We will definitely be back!
