We had booked one boat trip but then the day before, it was a bit uncomfortable with wind and waves. So they called and organised a different trip with us. And even though I am a bit challenged with climbing etc, they helped organise so I can be part of the trip and even picked a different lunch spot. Plus gave a refund due to the change of trip. Most excellent service and extremely helpful. Very pleased with them!!
