I am not writing this to comment on the activity experience as the activity never happened. There was no communication from the operator regarding the pickup details and when I contacted Viator Customer Care, they did their part by sending an email to the operator. Zero ownership displayed by Viator customer care. As we did not receive any confirmation on the pickup time and as Viator customer care kept on saying that the pickup will happen on time, my whole family woke up at 5 in the morning, waited for the pickup and as expected no pickup happened. When Viator was contacted, they again did their part by refunding the amount to me. Good job Viator! You guys need to learn that there is a thing called empathy and there is something called going the extra mile for the customer. This operator LUXOR BY BELAL should be blacklisted as they did not have the basic courtesy to inform even if the trip was cancelled. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
