1. Our balloon started late after everyone else and after the sunrise! I booked specially for seeing sunrise from the balloon but unfortunately we couldn’t 2. They didn’t give breakfast 3. They served a drink in dirty glasses which I couldn’t drink because of the smell of the glass. 4. In they way back they dropped us away from our hotel entrance
We do not have control over the departure time of hot air balloons. First of all, there are strict controls for safe flights. Hot air balloons take off in order at the time the government official gives permission to fly. Many of our guests return unhappy because of the flights that are cancelled on days when the weather conditions are not suitable. Sometimes you are thankful that you flew in a hot air balloon even if it is your first or last.
Very professional, especially Kadir. We book boat, balloon and 4x4 tours. Highly recommended. If I come back I will definitely book with them the excursions.

We booked through this agency last minute after all flights to Cappadocia were full. At the booking desk we found Kadir who was exceptionally friendly. Of course at the stage of booking everyone is but Kadir took everything a step further. After we booked and paid he gave us his WhatsApp. He was in touch with us throughout the trip, checking in on us and sometimes to our surprise even replying to messages at 1am! He carefully planned and coordinated our pickup points and drop off points. The entire team from drivers to hotel staff went way beyond their call of duty. On our free day where we had nothing booked, we decided to independently go horse riding, on an ATV and to take some photos. All I did was ask for a taxi and in return received a FREE coordinated mode of transport from point to point. Amazing service guys. I have traveled to many places and use several services. Your service tops the very best of all. Keep it up and special thanks to Kadir and the rest of the team.

Since the beginning is a great experience, 100 % I recommend this tour in Capadocia, is expense but check with the people in your hotel, don’t pay more than 160 euros for person, that’s the rate for 1 hour ride in basquet for 20 or 24 passengers, they will pick up at your hotel and drop there after the ride, little snack with coffee, Tee or chocolate, again is an awesome ride and you will see more of 100 balloons in same time, unique...
