Our staff will warmly welcome you at Twinstar Hotel, located on Section 4 of Fuxing Road in the East District of Taichung City. Please ensure that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

- Please arrive at designated location 10 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time
- A 9-seater vehicle will be used for the transfer and no tour guide will be provided. The driver might use a translation app to communicate
- This tour does not include the NT$ 100 service fee, which will be collected on the day of the tour
- Upon booking confirmation, customer service will check the departing time and location with travelers a day prior to the departure before 9:00 pm. Please ensure that your mobile phone is reachable
- Children and adults share the same ticket rate. Children aged under 4 are required by law to use a car seat (an additional NT$300 per set, pay to the driver on-site). Please indicate the number of car seats you need in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking
- Please note that this tour is a shared carpool. As such, requests for attractions change or adjustments will not be granted
- Please follow the instructor's guidance at all times
- Refunds will not be issued to travelers who depart halfway.
- Arrival time is subject to change due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds are issued in the event of cancellation or delay resulting from the above conditions
- The remaining time, 1-2 hours, will be allocated for travel for the destination drop-off.
- Free: Children under 115 cm in height, or over 115 cm but verified to be under 6 years old and not occupy a seat. (To get a seat, please purchase a Child Ticket.) Adult company is required and each paying adult is allowed a maximum of 2 free-admission children.
- If there are fewer than 6 participants for the English/Japanese/Thai-speaking tour, the tour will be conducted in Mandarin instead. In this case, customer service will notify travellers the day before departure and refund the price difference: NT$250 per guest for the English tour / NT$350 per guest for the Japanese tour / NT$1250 per guest for the Thai tour

Excellent tour guide with safety as top priority during the tour. We followed the program to visit “Sun Moon Lake” and really enjoyed the views in the shower. The boat captain has provided us a smooth ride and informative experience. The tour guide is flexible with where to stop away from the program as the group has requested due to rainy weather. We had a fantastic tour with our driver Kai, who was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the day. The food was excellent, the scenery was stunning, we took thw skywalk and ending the day at the Little Swiss Garden cafe was the perfect finishing touch. Thank you for a memorable experience!

English Guide booked but unfortunately only Chinese and the organization was not particularly good, otherwise the tour was nice.

The overall experience of the group trip at Sun Moon Pool and Ching Kiem Farm was good, the schedule was smooth, the whole day was quite relaxing, and there was no feeling of having to keep going. The view of the sun and moon pool is really beautiful, and it's comfortable to walk around the lake and see the scenery. The air at Clearfield Farm was particularly good, the view from the mountains was wide, and there was an equestrian show, a little brighter than expected. The driver, Ping, was also reliable, driving steady, with many curves in the mountains but reassuring all the way. On the way, he also chats with people and shares some local recommendations, such as where to eat and where to go, feeling grounded. Overall it was a smooth and relaxing day trip, if you want to see both Sun Moon Pool and Kiyoji Farm at once, this trip is very good and highly recommended!

It was a memorable trip, my second trip to this beautiful lake. The driver and at the same time the guide (Kevin) made agreat job! I joined actually a group with Chinese guide. We understood very well each other as Kevin possess good basic knowledge of English language. He organised everything perfectly. The visit of Quingjing farm with fantastic cherry tree blossom and spectacular views of mountains was for me a special experience.

Sunmoon lake was amazing, looks like the lakes in Switzerland. The Lealea dessert place overlooking the pier was also very relaxing. My family had a great time too at the QingJing farm had breathtaking views plus the sheep feeding and equestrian show were memorable experiences. Lastly our tour guide Xiao Gui was very informative and patient with us, took a lot of good photos and made our tour memorable.

The tour was really nice, well organized, everything happened on time - I appreciated the punctuality. We were driven in a nice 7 seater, the journey was pleasant afterwards we boarded a boat at Sun Moon Lake. The lake is amazing and the landscape is beautiful. The driver was very knowledgeable and communicative. We visited a temple in the middle of the lake and then went to a nearby city for lunch. The tour guide helped us trying different food samples from the vibrant food market. Then we went to a farm where we saw a horse riding show and sheep show which was in chinese and I don’t understand much.
