Well planned tour.

Fun and informative. Just the right amount of time for a walking tour. Davide was very knowledgeable about the history of Strasbourg though the centuries.

The best way to experience Strasbourg

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most incredible tour with Davide! From start to finish, he kept us engaged with his deep knowledge of Strasbourg’s food scene and its history. What really set him apart was the way he wove in stories from Italy and Ireland, making fascinating comparisons that brought everything to life. Our first stop was unforgettable — tasting a delicious pizza, known as tarte flambée in the Alsace region of France. From there, we sampled sausages called knack d’Alsace, and then moved on to a local cheese market where we tried varieties completely new to us as Americans. We were especially intrigued by a striking red cheese made with cochineal (from tiny millie bugs) — something we’ll never forget! To finish, Davide treated us to the most heavenly stop of all: eclairs. The chocolate eclair was unlike anything we’d ever had, the caramel eclair was divine, and both paired perfectly with the lovely coffee that ended our tour on the sweetest note. Davide is not just a guide; he’s a storyteller, historian, and foodie all rolled into one. Every bite and every story felt carefully chosen to give us a true flavor of the city. If you want a tour that’s fun, delicious, and truly memorable, don’t miss this experience!

Great overview of food in Strasbourg

We really enjoyed the food we tried and the historical information our guide gave us. The tarte flambé was very good as were the knacks. The eclairs were extremely tasty! We liked the two churches we entered and appreciated hearing about the history of the buildings. Our tour guide, Davide, was as very knowledgeable. He is Italian and spoke so quickly it was challenging understanding his English. We did enjoy all the food and the beautiful walk around the city center.
