I went to the meeting .15 minutes before the tour I could not find the operator. They don’t list a phone number and they suggest contact by text message which they never answer. I looked everywhere. There’s no way to call them if you don’t see them. I have taken many tours in my life, and this has never happened to me. Extremely disappointing to say the very least.
I've been to Prague, now they have a Christmas market and astronomical clock. Strasbourg on the other hand is a small town overwhelmed with too many tourists you bump into everybody. Bad expensive food and they are snobs. Didn't like the vibe.
The guide did not show up! No message no advise. We contacted viator, no assistance as well. We just walked around by ourselves instead... We requested for this tour to be refunded.
The guide was a No Show at the meeting point, so there was no tour. Tried to call the tour company with no response. Went into the building and the operator staff were very helpful and tracked down a contact with the local tour company who also could not find the guide, so he initiated a refund request from Viator.
I sent a question on two occasions before the tour and never heard anything back. We were unable to make it.
Had a great time on the tour with Catalina. Very knowledgeable about the culture and very helpful! Would highly recommend.
Catalina was a wonderful guide. She did an excellent job of leading us on a beautiful journey of the Christmas markets of Strasbourg. She shared history of Strasbourg and how the Christmas markets began. The markets were very crowded, but Catalina knew the best routes to take to avoid the congestion as mush as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour an experience in Strasbourg!
It was all memorable. Strasbourg is quite a city to behold with breathtaking church. Also our guide Dean recommended a lovely restaurant with amazing food.
Beautiful decoration and friendly traders, very accessible restaurateurs, good tables. The very good sauerkraut, the beautiful Small cookies too good, pretzel sandwiches.. spaetzele....
Nahama was fun and energetic, with so many markets throughout the city it was nice to see all of them an what made each of them unique. I only give it a 4 star rating because the starting address is a bit vague and I nearly missed the tour because I had a difficult time finding the guide. But otherwise it was really fantastic and would absolutely take this tour again.
