Great starter tour if you're new to the city

Fun way to familiarize ourselves with the subway system and see some cool art. Our guides, Alice and Jennifer, were great and kept us on the move but informed. Would recommend as a way to start your stay!

Good overall.

Good overall. Magnificent frescoes on the walls and ceilings! That remains to be seen! Too bad a station was closed for visiting. Top-notch guide.

Great descriptions of...

Great descriptions of some of the many artworks in the subway system. Impossible to see even a fraction of them in 2 hours but a nice overview.

Interesting tour, but the guide let us down.

While the tour itself was very interesting, The meeting point was different to what was on the booking voucher, creating confusion from the get go. The guide was late and difficult to locate, and despite the tour stating it finishes back at the meeting point, the tour abruptly ended in a random subway station with no directions on how to get back, with the guide pulling out a credit card machine requesting payment (when we had already paid). I didn't like this. It left a sour taste in our mouths.

Interesting but might...

Interesting but might have been fascinating with a more knowledgable guide. It was surprising that the first two stops were closed and we needed to walk to the third(the guide was also surprised and apologetic).

Art as a part of the subway

Jan did a very good job explaining in very good German about the history of art in the subway and the meaning of the works we saw. A very interesting tour, which of course covers only a small part of the subway. A perfect way to soend your time when the weather is not do good. if you want to tip, take some cash with you

Great artwork, but tour was overpriced.

Interesting artwork, but only saw a few stations in the time available. Disappointing level of information and time with the artwork given the price of the tour (subway tickets not included).

Pass

Pass on this. There are apps you can a download that will do a better job for free. If you don’t know how to navigate public transportation maybe book it, but it’s really easy to get around.
