There were many museums, boat rides, and bus trips. I saw more and made good use of the pass 🇸🇪🌞

Absolutely wonderful 4 days in Stockholm! Our 2-day GoCity pass was so convenient. It allowed us to plan each day with backup outings incase we needed to rearrange our schedule. Having the pass saved $ and was easy to use at each venue. The information about what we wanted to do/see was helpful, as was the maps for directing our steps. (We averaged 14,000 steps daily!)
Thank you for your great feedback! We’re delighted you enjoyed your 4 days in Stockholm and found the pass convenient and easy to use. Great way to get lots of activities done in Stockholm. The pass covered almost all of the museums, galleries and boat trips we wanted to do. We worked out we had saved over £55 each over three days using the card instead of paying for individual tickets to attractions. It also reduced waiting and queuing times.

It’s fantastic to hear you saved over £55 each and spent less time queuing. We really appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to see you again soon!
Great pass if you want to visit a lot of places in a short period of time. There are so many museums in Stockholm, and even if you don’t enjoy museums so much like me, there are some different ones that you might.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed using Go City and were able to make the most of your time in Stockholm. It’s great to hear you discovered a wide range of museums, even ones you might not usually choose. We really appreciate your comments and hope you had a fantastic experience with Go City!
The Stockholm Go card gave me pre-paid access to all of the museums and activities that I wanted to see or do. It simplified access and reduced my costs -- no having to pay a fee at every museum I entered. Traveling in May, a 'shoulder season', meant that crowd sizes were never a problem. This is the second time I've used a Go City (or equivalent) card and will certainly do so again the next time I travel.
Thanks so much for sharing your feedback, its great to hear Go City made your trip so smooth and cost-effective, and that you were able to enjoy the museums and activities with ease. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave this, and hope to welcome you again on your next trip!
The pass was amazing, we were able to see so much in Stockholm, the museums were plenty, we understood some places were not open for the season yet but look forward to coming back again to see the islands . Hop on and hop off was disappointing as only 2 buses were running and made for a lot of dead time ended up Ubering instead. We even took in the ice bar and drink.
Thank you for sharing your feedback We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed exploring Stockholm and were able to fit in so many experiences, including the ice bar—that sounds like a great highlight! We appreciate your comments regarding seasonal availability and the hop-on hop-off service, and we’re sorry it didn’t run as expected during your visit. This will be shared with the relevant teams. We encourage customers to check our website for up-to-date opening hours and attraction information when planning their trip. We also recommend using the Big Bus Tours app to enhance your sightseeing experience, with features such as real-time bus tracking, live arrival times, interactive maps, detailed stop information, walking directions, and service updates. We’re glad you still made the most of your time in Stockholm and hope to welcome you again to explore the islands on a future visit

I had the Essentials pass, which included 3 attractions, 1 major and 2 lesser. The pass does not allow for pre-booking at most attractions, but given I was going in February, I did not think that would be an issue. At the Vasa, the major attraction I chose, we showed up and it worked beautifully. We also chose to use it at the Ice Bar, and this does allow pre-booking but no later than 19:15 pm. Not ideal, but workable, so two out of three down. But then the canal tour is where things fell apart. You must show up the day of, in person, to get a ticket. We showed up right as they opened and were told there was nothing available that day. We showed up the next day, and they had just a few tickets on the last cruise of the day, which we were able to do. And this is in February; not exactly peak season. So fortunately, we were able to use the pass at the three locations we wanted, but it did involve two extra trips to the canal tour kiosk, and a shuffling of our schedule.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Go City Essentials pass. We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your visits to the Vasa Museum and the Icebar. We are sorry for the frustration regarding the canal tour and the extra trips needed to secure your tickets. Because of the winter weather and fluctuating water levels, the tour frequency was temporarily adjusted, which unfortunately reduced the available capacity during your visit. We truly appreciate your patience in shifting your schedule to make the tour work. Your feedback is incredibly helpful as we work on better ways to keep our guests updated on these seasonal operational changes. Best regards, Noma
