A Segway tour through Stockholm is an exciting and fun way to see more of Stockholm than you would by foot. Don’t worry if you’ve never been on a Segway before, after some instruction and training you’ll get the hang of it in no time!

- Minimum age is 12 years.
- Maximum number of people per booking is 9.
- Maximum weight: 120 kg.
- This tour needs a minimum of 2 persons booked on to operate, if the minimum number is not reached you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately.
- CHECK IN time is 15 minutes prior to tour departure. Arriving at departure time or afterwards will likely result in you missing your tour.
- You are welcome to join even if you have never ridden a Segway before.
- The first 10-20 minutes of the tour will be for training. Participating in the training might not guarantee your ability to learn how to manoeuvre it as some body balance is needed.

Booking was canceled, so I have nothing good to say about the process/experience Have previously booked a solo Segway tour with no problem but this time not so
Hi Jon, We are sad that we were not able to offer you the tour. We are very clear in the information prior to the booking that we need a minimum of 2 participants to run the tour. It was not the case on Sunday and we proceed with a cancellation and full refund. 2 hour segway Tour. We were looked after well. Prior to setting off, as it was cold and expected to rain, we were provided with gloves and a very good poncho. Not a cheap plastic throwaway poncho. Also a helmet which are mandatory. We explored a lot of the different parts of the city and covered a lot of ground. Our guide, Alexandra (sorry if I've not done the correct spelling) was very knowledgeable about Stockholm. She was friendly and greeted us with a warm smile. It was a good experience and we would recommend it.

I ended up have to be put into the e-bike tour instead of the Segway because no one else signed up, but I received a call a couple of days before and was rebooked automatically with no extra cost. The e-bike tour was incredible. We covered so many different areas of the city I never would have discovered on my own. Our guide, Tove, was very informative and always keeping track of the group and our safety as we biked through all sorts of areas of the city. She took pictures of everyone along the stops and posted them on the website before the day was over for us to download at no extra cost. Also, if you're worried about the level of workout, the ebikes make it feel like you're barely doing anything even up steep hills so this seems good for all ages.

Lucas was our tour guide. He was very friendly and experienced. It was quite an adventure going fast on a Segway around other cyclists and on cobble streets. Very fun.
