The tour operator is a liar. I booked a private experience for $650. A water taxi picked me up with three other couples and none of the promised amenities. When I declined to accept the obviously lower level experience they promised a refund which they denied through this platform.

In some cases, transportation to the vessel may be arranged via water taxi, depending on logistics and sea conditions. That said, we regret that expectations were not aligned and that this led to frustration.
