If you need transportation book in advance. Book before 4:30pm (St Lucia time) of the previous day of the visit so we are able to organise. All pickups are 1 hour after the ship docking time. Guests are to meet in front of Diamonds International. For the rest of pickup points you will receive email with timing specifications after your book. We need at least 4 people to provide transportation from Marigot Bay. • We don't pick up from south of the island like Ti Kaye La Haut Coconut Bay Jade Mountain Fond Doux Hotel Chocolat Ladera Green Fig Resort and Spa Sugar Beach Stonefield Anse Chastanet Tet Rouge

It sadly didn’t happen, it was closed….. so disappointing!

Our St. Lucia location is indeed currently undergoing a major, scheduled annual maintenance period to ensure the absolute safety and long-term quality of our aerial tram systems. Because this is an extended closure, our direct booking channels have been blocked off. However, we are deeply concerned to hear that you were still able to secure a reservation or were led to believe the park was open during this downtime. This points to a communication gap with a third-party booking platform, cruise line, or hotel tour desk that failed to update their availability according to our seasonal maintenance schedule. We take this very seriously, as we never want our guests arriving at a closed facility. We are actively contacting our regional tour partners to ensure their systems are completely locked until we officially reopen. If you were charged for a booking, please reach out to the vendor you purchased the ticket from, or contact our team directly at reservations.slu@rainforestadventure.com with your receipt so we can help expedite your refund. We appreciate your patience as we complete these vital safety upgrades, and we hope to welcome you back to a fully refreshed park after October.
The driver, Mr Timothy, was on time, very pleasant and friendly. He did a tour of different tropical plants etc while on our way to the venue. And even taught us some Kweyol (Creole). The tour guide, Ms Chelsea, was very kind, patient and informative. Lovely lady. I really enjoyed doing the tour with her. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Book your tour and enjoy!

If you are only doing the tram, don't bother! It is way too expensive, takes too long to get there and there was so much waiting time once you arrive. I would not do this again. Save your money!

If you fancy getting back to nature and experience the true beauty of a tropical rainforest - I can’t recommend this highly enough!! Well organised and the guides are extremely knowledgeable. A great 2 hours and great value for money! You really get to see really interesting things as well as an opportunity to see humming birds up close (but you do need to keep your eyes peeled) Loved it and so did my wife!!

Views were great. Went from the forest floor to way above the canopy. Guide was very knowledgeable, gave loads of information on the way up. Such a beautiful, peaceful place. We went back a few day later and did it again, this time with the trek and zil lines.

Excellent, tour guide very knowledgeable explained about all the trees and spices. We had a short walk first, good shoes should be worn. The tram ride was fantastic. So peaceful. The views were fantastic. Well worth the money.

The Tram was a great experience moving through the canopy of the Rainforest. Our guide Chelsea was informative and knowledgeable and interacted well with the group of local Islanders and visitors

We booked the rainforest tram through our Marella cruise at the cost of $375 for 4 adults and 1 child. The tram might be the most boring thing I’ve ever been on, the guide seemed bored too (to be fair there’s only so many things you can say about trees) The trams hold 8 passengers plus 1 guide and even though it wasn’t busy and there were plenty of empty trams they still decided to put another 3 adults in our tram, 2 of which were sat at the front so anyone in the 3 rows behind couldn’t see anything. Also on the website the top of the tram is open, this is not the case, there is a green tarpaulin over them so you can’t look at anything above you. Far far too expensive for what is essentially a n hour long cable car ride through a forest. If you like to see trees and the backs of other peoples heads then you’ll love this.
