Once you booked the experience, be sure to get in touch with us in the message platform or via our WhatsApp number provided in the description. No worries, anyways, once you made the booking, we will soon get to you through message platform & WhatsApp and don't forget to put a working number in the booking note. Pick-up At the Airport: One of our representatives (Either a National Tourist Guide Lecturer or a Chauffeur Tourist Guide Lecturer) who will go on the tour with you will be there to welcome you at the Airport showing a sign board with Lead Traveler's Name. At the Hotel: 1. We will confirm your pick-up time in advance. 2. Kindly arrive at the hotel lobby 05 minutes before your chosen pick up time. 3. Early or late pick-up is possible. 4. Pick-up is available at Colombo, Negambo, Katunayake, Kalpitiya, Bentota, Wadduwa, Kalutara, Dehiwala, Galle, Weligama, Mirissa, Yala, Ella, Arugambay, Trinco, Sigiriya, Dambulla, Kandy & Anuradhapura. 5. If your designated Pick-Up location is located in Outskirts, Kindly get in touch with us for necessary arrangements.
