The flight was very comfortable, the food was very acceptable, the staff was very courteous and always helpful. One small note about the flower being given upon boarding vs. the US policy about not importing any fresh food/flowers! Nice touch however......Thank you for a job well done. The landing in LAX was awesome!
Ask for Jake Kwon, he is as a tour guide very professional and as a person very friendly and nice. We had a wonderful time, the tour was just right. Our children also had a lot of fun. Everything was very well organized and they also responded to our needs. Jake even sang with us in the car at the end.
