Trip was cancelled at 5pm the previous evening no explanation just told couldn’t accommodate. Still waiting for the promised full refund.
The tour was really good, I and my girlfriend had no experience in fishing and our guide Roberto was very kind and helpful.
Unimpressed. Two guides barely interacted with the group - other than to give a very basic one minute demonstration of how to bait up and cast. When we were underway one guide sat at the back, fishing for himself or else engrossed with his phone. For a good hour - very few bites, couple of very small fish caught - no attempt by crew to suggest we move location. When I asked about moving I was told it was too late. When we returned to dock - again no interaction from guides. They seemed more interested in speaking to their friends. We were left to get ourselves off the boat - no farewell. Paid €66 Euros for this experience - complete waste. We have been returning to Fuseta every year for the last 10 years as our parents live locally. Will not attempt to book a fishing trip again. Neither will we recommend to friends or family who also live in the area.
