Itinerary
Have a short walk on the fascinating sandy beach of Mughsail. The beach has a beautiful lagoon at the eastern end where you can spot herons and flamingoes.
Explore the captivating Marneef rock formation created by millennia of erosion processes. Under the Marneef rock lay the renowned blow holes where at high tide the sea water gushes out of the gouges in the cliffs.
Get amazed by the fascinating view from the 800 metres high cliff - one of the highest cliffs in the world.
Enjoy relaxing time and swimming on an abandoned beach in Rakhyut where you can enjoy the picnic lunch in the shadow of a gazebo.
Rakhyut mosque is a small gem of Rakhyut, built in a traditional style of Omani mosques. Recently it was thoroughly renovated.
