Spontaneously strolled past the restaurant: a fish lover & a vegetarian and chef George simply improvised spontaneously & conjured up a veggie variant. Because the food was so good, even more spontaneously checked the cooking class for the next day. What a culinary feast that was! George knows a lot, explains great and you can tell that he has a mission and wants to send happy, satisfied customers home in the late evening. Gazpacho deconstructed, focaccia, tuna, salmon, paella.. Sauces and dressings to kneel down on - just delicious! The whole team was extremely accommodating and rounded off the cosy ambience perfectly.

What a fantastic evening we had. A really informative session with lots of good tips for cooking elements of each course. Lots and lots of audience participation and loads of laughs along the way. We met some fabulous new friends from California. The drinks were free flowing and both the chef Mily & Laura were so calm, friendly and lots of fun. The food was a delight and not only would I recommend this cookery event but we are planning to return on our next visit to Palma.
We enjoyed our Spanish cooking experience very much. Our hosts made sure everyone was involved, and had fun. The food was of an exceptionally high standard and overall it was a relaxed and enjoyable few hours. Would highly recommend
I enjoyed the conviviality of the group; so important when travelling solo. The cooking was fun and thanks for sending the recipes afterwards. I wouldn't remember them. However, playing loud pop music at the start made it difficult to hear what was being said and didn't create the right 'ambience'. I can hear ABBA anywhere. The sevillana played later was much more appropriate.
Omare is a small venue opposite the market. We were made very welcome. There was only 4 of us, but each had a turn to prepare and cook the meal. Instructions were clear in a friendly manner. 7 courses were amazing. Some well known, others not so. Really recommend. 3 hours of food and wine requires stamina. Value for money we thought.

bring a fun crew and bee prepared for a fun time . we danced , ate , drank and cooked. the hosts we awesome !
Our first night in Mallorca we figured this would be a good idea so we wouldn’t have to look for a restaurant and this experience exceeded our expectations!!! There was such a variety and so much food, the paella at the end was outstanding, and we meet some new friends too, highly highly recommend and our host Charlotte was super kind and so knowledgeable about the food and culture
