The tour combines piranha fishing and alligator spotting, which is a good option for those who want to enjoy exciting and authentic Amazon experience. The adventure begins upon leaving the river terminal in Manaus for Iranduba. For this adventure, explore interesting places and observe their palafitas, fishermen and a landscape ribeirinhos. Upon arrival in Coast Iranduba, search for a good place to fish for piranhas. The Solimões river is much richer with fish than the Rio Negro. When it gets dark, that means its time to search for alligators. The trained naturalist guide makes an effort to catch an alligator with his bare hands, so you can take pictures and get a closer look at the animal. After the explanations, the animal will be returned to their natural habitat. Aside from the piranhas and alligator, enjoy the igarapés and the Igapós (small channels). This tour is a fantastic experience for the first time visitors to Amazon!

Excellent walk! It was the best company we found, in various aspects: quick and attentive service, good price, impeccable service. We were picked up at the hotel, we took the boat and went for the walk. It is beautiful to take a walk at sunset, to fish in a quiet corner of the river, to observe the jacarés. The tour was fantastic, the guide was very experienced and attentive, we went fishing the piranhas in a very beautiful region in the flooded forest and then we did the focusing of the jacarés at night. Looking for the jacarés in the dark in the middle of nothing was surreal, I highly recommend.

This was SUCH an amazing experience! Nonato was an incredible guide! He was so patient with us and made sure we had a good experience, and both were able to catch multiple piranhas. He was very knowledgeable about all the different types of piranhas, other types of fish, birds, and other wildlife! We fished in multiple spots and caught various types of piranhas (and one catfish)! Then we went out to look for jacará (the gators). Nonato taught us how to spot them and it was so cool boating down the Amazon river and both seeing and hearing all the different wildlife! This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Manaus, would 10/10 recommend!

We booked a fishing tour in English. Neither the driver nor the fishing guide spoke any English. If you book and want a tour in English, this is not for you. Fishing is with bamboo poles. We caught a few fish and the guide caught a baby cayman.
