Started out great & our guid was amazing! Though when we got in the water it was just a bit too much for us to continue. I ended up staying close to shore just looking for seashells in the shallower end while my other guest sat it out on the beach or standing in the water. The waves were also a bit stronger this day & the tide was high so that had something to do with it. I think it would’ve been a great experience though & heard the other participants really enjoyed seeing the aquatic animals. Our guid ended up being super helpful & got us in for another water activity, he even provided several options. Would definitely recommend if you’re a strong swimmer & aren’t nervous about getting deep in the ocean!

We didn't snorkel at all. Nor was there any mention of it except to say it was the same as the racoon tour. I come from a place where coons are a nuisance not a tourist attraction. Waste of money if you are expecting to snorkel
Sorry this does not make sense. All we do on a Snorkel Tour is Snorkel. Ocean does not have racoons.
Kent was a great guide and was helpful throughout the entire process. He did a great job making sure we were comfortable (I was a little nervous) and was knowledgeable about the area to show us a variety of different sea life. I highly recommend if you are staying in the area!

Such a phenomenal experience! My friend bailed on me so I upgraded to the paddle board version and that was a great decision! You can paddle around to the best places to snorkel and have a great time.

This event was cancelled on me due to weather and both the owner and tripadviser refused to refund me. I have yet to get any money or response from either.

Since you purchased this from TripAdvisor, then they are the only ones who can refund you. We would of course authorize this. Both TripAdvisor and our business reply upon happy customers, so we strive not to have anyone feel the need to post negative reviews and in this case you specifically noted speaking to the Owner and I can assure you that I never keep money fromn us having to cancel.
