Pickup Locations & Times
Pickups occur between 07:30 AM and 08:30 AM. Please note that your precise pick-up time will be communicated via email following your booking. Remember to check your email for this information. Guests staying at Railay Beach should proceed to the designated meeting point at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, a 15-minute ride from Railay East. Guests staying in Ton Sai, the meeting point is at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. Guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas are requested to utilize the hotel's shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Kindly meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. To maintain fairness for all participants, we must adhere to the scheduled departure time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

Great excursion! Well organized. Beautiful islands!!! Enogh time on each to explore and rrlax or hike to the top of the Hong Island. View is worth it. Easy and on time pick up at the hotel. 10 min drive to the pier. About 20 min waiting and we were on the boat. 30 min on the boat till first stop, about 5 -10 min rides between islands.
They decided to not pick us up We missed the tour Was under the impression that the price I paid included a pick up that I was told I had to find my own way there, which was unable to be done. Waste of money. Would have booked something else if they had told me ahead of time that I was not in the pick up zone
We were hoping to snorkel in a crystal clear water but it didn’t deliver go our hopes. The first 2 islands were so noisy that relax was not an option

We had a hilarious tour guide called Noon, she was so funny and really brought the group together! The views were incredible, such beautiful places, like nothing I've ever seen before. They had to rearrange the schedule because of the weather but that worked in our favour as we had lots of time on hong island to relax and walk up to the viewpoint. It was good value for money with a great packed lunch, we would definitely recommend!!

Everything went very well. Planning respected, lots of time on the different beaches. The meal was great. Our guide James took the time to always explain to us what it was possible to do/not to do. He adapted the tour to the tidal conditions. In case of full moon the sea descends a lot so he changed the order of the islands to be able to enjoy each one to the maximum. Certainly there are people on the islands, but it is the tourist side of Thailand that wants that and the season. However, it is not the best place to snorkel. We are very happy, we had a very good day.
Just an ok experience. Only snorkeled at 2 spots. The last spot we had to leave the water early because of low tide. I’d seen more vibrant coral and fish in Mexico. Perhaps too many tourists. I misread the tour to be a group of 15. It was around 35 and the stops were very busy.
The communication from customer service through the phone was terrible. But the day trip, the guide, the boat was amazing.
