Don't show for the tour. Called the provider twice and no on called me back. First tour with Viator no one showed. Feel like I should not use them again.
Visit the Natural History Museum in Washington, with the impressive skeleton of Tyrannosaurus rex on display in the Great Dinosaur Hall. This majestic specimen, one of the most complete ever discovered, offers a fascinating insight into the prehistoric life and grandeur of these extinct creatures. The meticulously preserved details of the bones, as well as the educational information provided by the museum, allow visitors of all ages. An experience that leaves a lasting impression on the importance of paleontology.
It's a scam. No guide came and the museum entrance is free. I want my money back and to report that it's a lie. I think the page should not lend itself to this deception.
Guide did not answer phone or text. The Viator also not helpful. I would never use this company for anything again
This tour was not good. We showed up at the time and location indicated on our ticket and the tour guide never showed up. We missed our tour and are now requesting a full refund for the tour that we never got to take.
We had a great tour with Nur. He knew the museum really well and pointed out some of the coolest things. He connected the exhibits like a story of earth's existence and kept our 11 year old daughter very entertained!
Leigh Jameson was an amazing tour guide for the D.C National Gallery of Art. She did not take us through each and every painting (frankly, that would be impossible, it would take you days to get through everything the museum has to offer) instead, she focused on the most significant and rather influential art works that a tourist would love to see. She is very articulate with her explanations of each painting and knows them through and through, prepared for nearly any question you have. In addition, she not only focuses on the visual aspect of an art piece where she discusses the importance of color and symbolism but also the historical context behind it. She looks at each piece in the broader aspect and how it has influenced the artist world. I highly recommend her, she truly knows her stuff!
Mr. Maurice our guide was so sweet and knowledgeable. He guided us throughout the major parts of the museum and also left us time to explore each part on our own. We learned a lot more than if we just did a self guided tour. We enjoyed our experience and highly recommend!
My most memorable part of the experience was standing with my party like spare parts at the main entrance slowly realising I’d been scammed. The guide did not show up, there was ZERO communication from them. However, Viator have been outstanding and already secured my refund so that’s something. Do yourself a favour, do not book this scam tour.
The experience starting with the tour guide showing up late and not where the instruction mentioned to her not having the clarity to deliver the tour or knowledge was bad
