I appreciated the Indigenous information provided along with historical and popular culture information. When the audio prompts were triggered, I'd often get a jolt and so would recommend a chime of sorts to start every piece, much like how the great trivia questions provided a "thinking" audio clip. I also wish the settings had a "keep screen on" option. Depending on traffic, not much "down time," but I found the information clips to be of perfect length. May be challenging if have children along for the trip too. Overall, would definitely recommend and do another!
Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the mix of Indigenous history, local culture, and trivia. Your suggestion about adding a chime before each audio segment is a great one. We’ll definitely take that into consideration. We also appreciate the note about a “keep screen on” option and will explore ways to improve usability. Hope to have you join us on another tour soon!
It was a great way to learn about the area while we drove and we loved the little quizzes. We would definitely do this again with different routes
Thanks for your review! We are delighted that our audio tour enhanced your experience and that you loved our quizzes! Thank you for sharing your positive thoughts.
It started off bad as I had no sound through the phone or car. Very frustrated I pulled over and tried calling a number with little help. It seems that some cars have issues. Not wanting to waste much time and delay travels, I restarted everything. This time I turned off my infotainment system so that phone would not connect to car first and sound began to play through the phone. So for some reason if phone connected through Bluetooth car didn't play sound and phone didn't play sound. Later in travels I needed navigation and turned on infotainment system but phone would not connect due to app already playing, which was good. So I know there was some conflict with app and car and Bluetooth. It would have been better sound through car speakers but was good enough for us just being two people in front seats. The whole driving tour was entertaining with quiz questions to play along with. There was short breaks between each guide of just minutes to talk about facts, so much more of a guide then I expected. It really filled the time well with lots of facts to listen to and the quiz questions with multiple choice answers made for entertainment games and who could get more right answers. We enjoyed it and were happy to have done it. Just wish the app played through the car speakers.
Great experience , very knowledgeable and worth listening information, nice to have this, would use for my trips in future
