The fellas that guided us were very organised, well spoken and took us around the city safely, with a lot of fun along the way. The bikes were great as first timers! Scooter could be a little more relaxing if you wish. Loved it!
Tonnes of fun - we were first timers on e-bikes, saw plenty of landmarks, with music from Will at the back 😂. Panache gave us the info and guided us safely around the City. Highly recommend doing …
We had reservations with this company. We waited over 30 minutes and made several calls and voice mails. and they never showed up.
i had the best time with my family ! we did the scooter tour with the app and it was fun and perfect. we were able to do it on our way, skip what we didn't want it and have a blast. recommend 100%
This was alot of fun . We did the self guided tour. It was a lot funnier then I thought. Just remember your ID. They forgot to give me mine and I almost missed my flight
I booked the tour a couple of weeks in advance. On the date of the tour I messaged AND called the organizer 1.5h in advance to ensure that the tour is still taking place given that the weather was not that good. The operator did not answer and there was no notification in the app that there would be a cancelation. I got there 15 mins before the planned time and the office was closed. Ended up waiting for 20 mins and then went back to the hotel. Wasted $20 on uber and 1.5h for nothing. Now, 3 days later, I still have no reply from them or any refund.
Our Tour guide was Joseph he was excellent. He assisted me with my bike, played excellent music, and was very engaging. I had a great time!!
