Dive into Istanbul's rich history and discover the major sights in the heart of old city on this half-day morning tour. You will see the Blue Mosque, so called because of the blue tiles on the walls of its interior, and the Hippodrome of Constantinople, which was the center of the sporting and social life during the Byzantine Empire.

Blue Mosque, facing Hagia Sophia, famous with its blue İznik tiles and unique with 6 minarets, built in the name of Sultan Ahmet.
Grand Covered Bazaar, most attractive shopping center and the biggest "souk" in the world with nearly 4000 shops selling antiques, jewellery, gold, carpets, leatherware and souvenir. (Art demonstration of handmade Turkish carpets upon request)
Hagia Sophia, the Church of Divine Wisdom, one of the greatest marvels of architecture, constructed as a basilica in the 6th century by Emperor Justinian.
Hippodrome, center of sportive events (chariot races, athletics) and political activities of the old city. Serpentine Column, Obelisk of Theodosius and German Fountain of Wilhelm II are the monuments decorating the Hippodrome.
"Sultan Ahmet Center", the heart of the "Old City" from where the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires were ruled

- The Grand Covered Bazaar is closed on Sundays - on this day of the week it will be replaced with a visit to an authentic shop
- On Friday mornings before 1:00pm, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are only visited from the outside because of the noon prayer
- Please note that there may be long waiting times for entry to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide
- Hagia Sophia Museum entrance fee is not included in the program. Guests may purchase their tickets on the spot.

The whole experience went well, all the schedules were punctual, the guide spoke Spanish very well, he was very approachable, I think his name was Mehmet, he spoke very well about the history of the monuments, about things in current Istanbul, and he mastered many technical words of the tour in Spanish, he was very approachable and patient with us, it is a tour to recommend, the only downside is that in the restaurant where the food was arranged and the drink was not, they charged me €8 for an espresso and a latte, everything else, perfect

The guide was very informative and friendly he was tolerantung and clam The tour was fun we learn alot of new stuff The only thing that make it a 4 star rhe information in the email were not accurate They wrote to us it is 1:30pm but the driver came at 8 am But they were very cooperative and they changed the tour to another day
