- Large luggage, suitcases, and oversized backpacks are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam. Only small personal bags are permitted when entering the scenic area. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse boarding to guests carrying prohibited items. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Please select your pick-up hotel when booking. If you haven't decided on your pick-up location yet, you can update it later. However, please note that you must contact tour operator to update your pick-up information or do so yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update the pick-up location prior to the departure date may impact your ability to join the tour. The company will not be responsible for any missed tours, and fees paid will not be refunded.

- The Power Plant Tour is operated by the Bureau of Reclamation and may be adjusted due to dam operations or security
- Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.

My husband and I really enjoyed out tour to the Hoover Dam. Our guide Franco was the best!!! The stops we made along the route were interesting, fun and educational. He drove us to a beautiful park at the end of the tour. We saw rams and sheep! Franco, was very helpful and knowledgeable. A very positive person!!! I would highly recommend Franco and this tour.

Being part of a small group tour was a great experience. Our tour guide, Anthony, was awesome and took the time to ask questions and get to know each person on the van. He was entertaining and knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of time at each stop to get pictures.
