Cooking is Love Made Visible

The "flavor" of the class! Anna's warm welcome of aperitif and pressco, tour of Brandi saffron Farm, and our walk to the bakery set the stage for an experience more like cooking as family than a formal class. I even got to help harvest a handful of saffron flowers and meet some neighbors! Anna is a talented cook and patient instructor, full of helpful tips. Her daughter, Cassandra, supplied fluent translations, allowing the conversation to flow naturally. Our meal was a huge success which we all enjoyed together! An added bonus: A gift bag of our extra biscotti and spice mixture to take home.
