Cesarine Alessandra was AMAZING! She let me pick out the menu to my liking. We walked through the market to get the freshest ingredients. We made some really good food in her kitchen. It was truly a must experience if you visit Ischia. She showed me some great new cooking techniques and recipes that I can’t wait to make for my Family. She was a wonderful host and it was the highlight of my trip. She became a new friend and if I ever visit Ischia again I will take another course and recommend to everyone.
