Itinerary
PHOTO STOP: Get your picture taken at the most photgraphed sign in the world! We will stop at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign for a photo opportunity. NOTE: Those guests not staying on the Strip or adjacent to it will not see the sign. We stop on our way to Hoover Dam.
BREAKFAST STOP: We'll stop at McDonald's and let you get some food. This is not included. We will begin including this in the price again once fuel and hard costs go down.
GUIDED WALK: We'll stop at Hoover Dam. We do more than just a photo stop! We provide a short, guided tour onto the dam. We feel this experience truly enhances your tour versus a photo stop.
DRIVING: We depart Hoover Dam and drive to Grand Canyon West.
VISITOR CENTER: We'll arrive at the visitor center, shop for souviners, and use the rest room.
SKYWALK & EAGLE POINT: We will visit the skywalk and eagle point. Your skywalk pass is included in the price of our tour.
NATIVE AMERICAN VILLAGE WALK: (paved sidewalk): We will take a guided walk through replica structures like Navajo hogans, Hopi houses, and saunas.
GUANO POINT GUIDED WALK: We will do an hour guided walk to the old Guano Point mine. This walk provide stunning photo opportunities as our tour guide narrates the stunning history of Guano Point. PICNIC LUNCH: We include a picnic lunch on our tours. Lunch includes an Arby's Marketfresh sandwich, fresh fruit, chips, cookies, and bottled water.
COLORADO RIVER Experience the canyon's stunning vastness and quiet tranquility as you watch the Colorado River wind through the rugged red walls below.
JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL MONUMENT: We'll visit Joshua Tree National Monument just north of Dolan Springs, Arizona.
DRIVING: We'll drive back to Fabulous Las Vegas.

Great tour and tour guide. Alfonso was excellent and very accommodating. It was a full day but we were able to see and learn so much!

I can honestly say that our trip to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon was possibly the best day trip many of us have ever done. Booking was quick and simple, and the price was very competitive; definitely worth booking directly on the GA website for the best price! Communication was excellent throughout. I contacted Grand Adventures before booking with a query, and their response was immediate, friendly, and helpful. The day before our trip, Paul contacted us via WhatsApp to confirm the details and check our lunch orders. On the day, everything ran smoothly and on time. What a great guy Paul is—we had the best day with him! He was knowledgeable, informative, and full of tips on how to get the most out of the experience. He made sure we got the best views with no queues and that everyone was comfortable, hydrated, and well fed throughout the day. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and seeing the vastness of the Grand Canyon in person is something we'll never forget. We'd booked the day trip as a pre-wedding family event, and it kicked off the festivities in great style. We were totally wowed by the beautiful sights and the warm welcome we received everywhere we went. We were genuinely sad to say goodbye at the end of the day and all agreed that Grand Adventures—and Paul in particular—made a very special occasion even more memorable. Highly recommended!
The tour was perfect as per my expectations. A must do tour if you are in Las Vegas. Breath taking views. The tour fees were reasonable for a day tour. Luckily our crowd size was only 3. We had an experienced tour guide Alfonso. The Hover dam was majestic & Grand Canyon just breath taking, specially the Skywalk.
Our tour guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable on the history of the stops and things we passed along the way. If you do this Grand Canyon tour you need to request Alfonso. He is the best we ever had. The experience was well worth the money. We will definitely will use Alfonso again. 10 stars all the way.

A Great day out with a small group of people making it an enjoyable day. Our tour guide Alfonso was great too - full of many interesting facts and knowledge about each area we visited. It was a very hot day and he also ensured we stayed hydrated with complimentary water. All in all a great day!
A long but very enjoyable day, our guide Alfonso was brilliant very knowledgeable, ensured everyone was well looked after regards comfort breaks, meals and had enough water as very hot. Alfonso was also great at taking photographs for the whole family. Would recommend.
