Visit the iconic Hoover Dam, one of the largest concrete structures in the world, and take in stunning views of Lake Mead, one of the largest man-made lakes in the USA. Enjoy time to walk around, capture photos, and marvel at this engineering marvel that powers much of the Southwest.
The Joshua tree, a slow-growing icon of the Mojave Desert, is one of the most famous residents of the park. Its unique shape, reminiscent of the biblical story of Joshua reaching his hands to the sky in prayer, inspired Mormon settlers who crossed the desert in the mid-1800s. This striking tree has become a symbol of the park's unique desert ecosystem.
Enjoy 2 to 3 hours of exploration at the Grand Canyon, including a walk on the iconic Grand Canyon Skywalk (optional additional cost). This Is a Small Group Tour, that will use a 15 seat passenger Van or a 7 Seats Mini Van depending on the group size on the day of the Tour. Pick-up from Las Vegas Strip Area And Fremont Area (Downtown). Traveler pickup is offered in more than 120 Hotels in Las Vegas You will be emailed with all the information you need 24 hours before the day of the Tour, which starts at 7am but the pickup can start one hour earlier

I messaged this operator the day before the tour with a question and they never responded. Then I get a text at 4:11 am saying the tour was canceled because the AC was broken in the van and they only have one van. Definitely look for a company with resources.
We sincerely apologize for your experience and completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the vehicle’s AC issue happened unexpectedly during our final inspection before departure, and for safety and comfort reasons we could not operate the tour in those conditions. We understand the inconvenience caused, especially with the short notice, and we truly regret that we were unable to provide the experience you expected. While we are a small tour company and operate with limited vehicles, we always try our best to avoid cancellations and communicate as quickly as possible when emergencies happen. The day was perfectly planned to see awesome sights with enough time to enjoy yet keep at a pace to get to everything. Anthony was the best and was so informative and kind and he made the day fun and interesting and my kids age 10 and 12 loved the whole trip as well! We all want to go back and go on another small group tour with Anthony!

The tour we ended up on was excellent. But the original tour we booked was transferred to this one. We went from a 8-9 hour tour to a 12hr tour. Normally not that big of a deal. But when you have VIP tickets to the Eagles at the sphere and are not aware of the difference in time until you are out in the middle of nowhere, that just isn't acceptable.

It was a fantastic tour from the Hoover Dam to the Grand Canyon, West and Joshua trees. Oscar was very knowledgeable and a great guide. He took some pictures of us at the Grand Canyon and Hoover dam. He also had other great recommendations for around the area. I would highly recommend Oscar and this tour.

Company called 21 hours prior to excursion and gave me two options; refund or a bus tour of 40-50 people. I booked a small group tour. Very disappointing. I had to scramble to find another company. Now I gave to wait for a refund (I had used Viator rewards for part of the excursion and will probably lose them). I have used Viator in England, Scotland, and Italy and never had an issue.

Our small-group tours require a minimum of 4 participants to operate safely and viably, and after that cancellation we were no longer able to run the tour you originally booked. Because of this, we reached out about 21 hours in advance and offered you 4 different options: 1. A full refund 2. Rescheduling for another available date 3. Switching to an alternative small-group tour 4. Joining a larger bus tour operated by a partner company You chose the refund option, which we processed on our end. Regarding the Viator rewards, those are managed directly by Viator, so any credit or rewards questions would need to be handled through their customer service. We truly appreciate that you have used Viator in several countries, and we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. Last-minute cancellations are never our intention, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you on a future visit so we can provide the experience you were expecting.
