Itinerary
Explore one of the most important diverse ecosystems in the United States. Experience the waterslide thrills and rope swing in this amazing ecosystem. Your tour begins with morning pickup from Isla Verde, Condado or Ocean Park. On arrival, follow your guide and get ready for a moderate hike. The scenic area leads to the inside of the Rio Fajardo, where you can enjoy the natural waterslide formation. This is the only Puerto Rican adventure hiking tour you'll need to take. You will feel like a local hiking in the forest. Join us for an in-depth, outdoor, off-the-beaten-path adventure to El Yunque. No other company will connect you to the nature and the local culture or Puerto Rico.

Had an awesome time. Definitely the highlight of our trip. Our guide Adynn was great and we got some cool background on different things throughout the rainforest. Definitely recommend. Just a side note- before booking we did think that 5-6 hours would be too long but it honestly goes by so fast that it was the perfect amount of time
One of the best experiences I had in Puerto Rico! I was traveling solo, but ended up making so many great friends along the way. Our tour guide, Gillian, was absolutely outstanding professional, charismatic, incredibly helpful, and exceptionally knowledgeable. She knew every detail of the trail and made the entire adventure both exciting and safe. I would highly recommend requesting Gillian if you’re planning this tour. I’ll definitely be hoping she’s my guide again the next time I visit Puerto Rico!
G was an entertaining guide and he taught us some interesting facts about El YUNQUE! Make sure you have shoes with grip, water shoes worked fine for us. Bring a bottle water if you want, be ready to climb and go down slippery rocks, a waterproof phone case. I suggest take snacks bc you’ll be way up in the mountains. The experience was unforgettable! You even get videos and pics after😳The van driver was not friendly and also they rescheduled us at the last minute,thankfully I checked my phone before I went to bed. Just communicate with them and you should have no issue getting rescheduled. Also, I don’t suggest doing this if you’re not in good shape and have any physical conditions. Book it for a memorable PR experience🇵🇷
My friend and I had so much fun on the tour. Our tour guide Adynn did a great job leading the way through all of the fun activities and would provide us with a lot of facts about the plants and history of el yunque. This was my most favorite thing to do during our trip to Puerto Rico; we made new friends with our tour group and got to eat some great food after too!
Excellent experience! Our guide G was fantastic and so was our shuttle driver Dave! Our teenagers loved the rope swing, slide and cliff jumping, the hike was pretty and we always love getting into nature when we visit places! Definitely would recommend this!
This was my favorite experience in Puerto Rico! Happy was an excellent guide. He was fun, funny, knowledgeable, and energetic. We had so much fun with this adventure but wear water shoes. Sneakers will not be good but you really need a shoe that covers your entire foot.

Gillian was a great guide and super helpful, made the experience a lot better and let us have lots of fun while keeping us safe, would do it again. 100% worth it and our driver driver was amazing as well
I did a lot of research and this tour was definitely one of the best I’ve been on. It was well organized and a lot of fun. Our guide, Happy, made sure we enjoyed but were safe. Happy was fun and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed this experience and would repeat.
Great experience with comfortable AC van. They asked us to switch groups from 7am to 10am the night before which was fine for us. The trip was smooth but did take a decent amount of hiking. Wish we spent more time in the water overall but the slide and the optional jumps were great!! Definitely bring money for the cash only $4 empanadas!! They were the best empanadas I’ve ever had! Stay close with the group, our group had 12 people and we did admittedly get separated due to a larger group cutting between us. Our tour guide Adynn was great, patient and super informative. She was kind to wait with us through the long lines for optional rope swinging too.
