Nice tour if you are in town for only a short period of time. Got highlights of the city with a very small group on a mini bus. Our tour ended with a really lunch at a very upscale Italian restaurant. The tour guide was really remarkable as she pointed out highlights in English, Portuguese and Spanish seamlessly!
Hi Mike, thank you for posting a review about our Small-Group Buenos Aires City Tour and Lunch in Puerto Madero. Your opinion is important to us and will certainly help other travelers. We are very glad you enjoyed it. Cordially, Carlos
This is not an English only tour. While most translations were very similar in English and Spanish, more information was provided in Spanish. An option for group to go to the cemetery for a longer tour would be an improvement.
Hi, thank you for posting a review about our Small-Group Buenos Aires City Tour and Lunch in Puerto Madero. The tour is advertised in english/spanish/portuguese. Even we try to just guide it in one language, it is with a bilingual guide and according to the nationality of travelers. Cordially, Carlos
This tour was a ripoff. We were not told this was a tour given in multiple languages at the same time. We were the only English speakers on the tour, which was very awkward for 4 hours. The guide was very rushed to give all of the details in both Spanish and English as we passed by each site. There was no time for questions. She did the best she could given this situation, but this was not what a small group tour should be. The included lunch is, inexplicably, at an Italian restaurant and we were dropped off alone. The tour states “hotel pickup and drop off are provided for ease” and “this activity ends back at the meeting point,” yet our tour ended in Puerto Madero at the Italian restaurant and we were told to return on our own without any further instructions. On the upside, the guide was very friendly and did her best to explain many attractions very quickly as we drove by. The city is beautiful. Find a different tour to see it.
Hi Katrina, thank you for positing a review. We regreto to hear that your experience was not as you expected. Our product clearly states this tour runs in spanish/english/portuguese with a bilingual guide. We try to provide only one language but we have never stated that the tour would be run in only one. Our product clearly states that when lunch is selected, it ends at the restaurant in Puerto Madero. Cordially, Carlos
Great guide who was very informative. We went to a lot of good places. He was great in Spanish and English.9

Not a lot to see really. She pointed out the gate to the Recoleta cemetery but no option to go there. We chose the lunch option but we were the only ones and were dropped off and everyone else left and we had to make our own way home. The tour was fine but wish it was more clear in the description that if you chose lunch that you had to find your own way back.
Hi Julie, thank you for posting. Your opinion is important to us and will cerainly help other travelers. We regret to hear your experience was not as you expected. The cemetery is not stated as an inclusion and the return is stated in what it is excluded: "Return to the starting point. This tour ends in Puerto Madero". Also, our guides remind it during the tour. Best regards, Carlos
We saw the top highlights of the city: Recoleta, Plaza de Mayo, and La Boca. I had the option of lunch at a very good Italian restaurant in Puerto Madero, not far from San Telmo, the oldest section of the city. The food and service were excellent! Lionel, our guide, was knowledgeable and engaging-such fun!

Five hour small group city tour. We went to all the main places and the included lunch was excellent. They pick you up but drop you in Puerto Madero so you need your own way back to hotel.

This tour is operated in both English and Spanish. You are picked up in a clean and comfortable van at the designated time in your hotel lobby, and you are then transported across Buenos Aires stopping along the way to various "must sees" allowing time for browsing and picture taking. This is a great tour to do your first full day in Buenos Aires as you can get "a feel" for this magical city and all it has to offer. Our Guide spoke beautifully in both Spanish and English. She was very knowledgeable about the city and its history, and she did an outstanding job narrating as we rode from one location to the next. For just a few dollars more, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND adding the lunch on to your ticket price. We were taken to a very lovely restaurant that overlooked the river at Puerto Madero. There was a menu offered with several selections (including vegetarian options) for appetizer, main course and dessert. Although not an included dessert on the set menu offered, I highly recommend adding (at a small additional cost) the dulce de leche lava cake. OMG, SO GOOD!!! The service at this restaurant was impeccable! Once we were finished with our meal, we did a bit of walking along the river. Then, we returned to the restaurant so we could login to their WiFi to call an Uber back to our hotel, which, of course, they graciously allowed us to do. This is a great "vibe" tour of Buenos Aires, and I highly recommend it. ADD the Lunch!

Tour started late . Only one guide to for English and Spanish with approximately 18 people. I have been on tours with Viator, this one was disappointing.
Hi Teresa, thank you for posting. Our tour is upto 14 passengers. The time shown on vouchers is the start of the pickup at differents hotels. Once it is finished, the tour is started. We would have liked to hear more about the places you visited and the restaurant. Any other opinion or hint would have helped other travelers. Cordially, Carlos
