The tour was good. We spend a lot of time in the mini van during the tour. Especially while picking up all passengers from various hotels.

Best value for money and time. Extremely professional guide easy to hear and understanding but also lots of personality. Bus was very new, air conditioned and comfortable. Will not even begin to compare to hop on bus because far more understandable and interesting

The tour was advertised as in English, but the majority of participants spoke Spanish and the guide spoke English about a third of the time. This meant we got much more surface level information like the names of things or facts like a building used to be a church, but not history and narrative. We left feeling like we had been driven to several landmarks but don't have much sense of their significance or the city's story.
Hi, thank you for posting a review. We regret to hear that your experience was not as you expected. The tour is advertised in english/spanish/portuguese. Even we try to just guide it in one language, it is with a bilingual guide and according to the nationality of travelers. Cordially, Carlos
I arranged this to her for our group of six friends. It was for the wrong day. Our cruise ship was not in town on that day, but was available for a different day. This tour refused to change my date, even though I had only made the reservation within 24 hours previously. I will not reserve again even though I tried to work with the tour group to change our tour. Travel can be difficult and needs to be flexible and this company is not flexible so I would never reserve with them. I highly encourage you to read this review and not deal with this company.
Hi Barbara, thank you for posting a review. We regret to hear that you had a bad experience. It seems that you have booked through another operator, not us. We have not had any recent case like the one you mention. We are always flexible and a change of date is something usual for us and we are always trying to give our best to solve this situations. Please, check the local tour operator and send us more details like the name of the company and booking reference. Best regards, Carlos
Delightful little intro to a massive megapolis. We got to sample some wine and dolce le lece and see the giant steel flower sculpture. Don’t remember much else.

We took a 4.5 hour Premium City tour on 4 March 2024 & we were disappointed. The first hour was spent doing pickups at 5 or 6 other hotels. The pre-booking through Viator listed the stops & we did not do Calle Defensa Bairro San Telmo, the Mafalda statue & Dulce de Leche tasting & we spent less time at other stops. We did pass by a number of landmarks listed but not slowing down or close enough to enable photos from the bus. The highlight was La Boca, Caminito where we did have free time to walk a bit. Colourful & enjoyable there.
Hi, thank you for posting a review. We regret to hear that your experience was not as you expected. Your coments will help us to improve our services. Best regards, Carlos.
Paoula was our guide. She was soft spoken and knowledgeable about the geography of the sites we toured. Sadly though, her depth of knowledge was lacking. This was also an English language tour and again, sadly, her command of the language was very limited. I fault the tour company for putting her in that situation and for the fact she needs more training to be fair to the tourists who book the tours. This is not what we expect from Viator who we have used ma y times before.

Really comprehensive introduction to Buenos Aires. The pick up from hotel was punctual, and the bus comfortable. We saw most of the sights, and had free time to walk around. Daniella was very informative and helpful.
