Itinerary
the coastline parts to reveal the breathtaking beauty of Positano — the Amalfi Coast’s most iconic village, where vibrant houses cascade down dramatic cliffs like a painted masterpiece. From the sea, it’s a vision of timeless elegance, nestled between lush greenery and shimmering blue waves. we start and end from Positano
As we continue our journey, the tranquil charm of Praiano comes into view — where authenticity and beauty go hand in hand. Whitewashed homes spill down the cliffs, and the radiant majolica dome of San Gennaro Church catches the sunlight, a colorful symbol of the village's deep-rooted tradition.
Nearby, we’ll pass Cala della Gavitella, one of the few beaches on the coast bathed in sunlight until late afternoon. With its crystal-clear turquoise waters and views stretching out toward Capri, it’s a true local secret — and the perfect spot for our second swim and snorkeling stop. Dive in, explore the underwater world, or simply float and soak in the sun. Look up, and you’ll also spot the Torre a Mare, an ancient watchtower turned art space, keeping quiet watch over the coastline — a reminder of Praiano’s rich history and creative soul.
Highlight: Furore Fjord (Fiordo di Furore) Tucked between Amalfi and Praiano on the Amalfi Coast • Dramatic Natural Inlet – A narrow gorge where the sea meets steep cliffs, forming a stunning hidden beach • ️ Secret Beach – Crystal-clear waters and a small, secluded shore perfect for a refreshing swim • Iconic Bridge – A stone arch bridge 30 meters above the fjord, famous for Red Bull cliff diving events • Scenic Photo Stop – One of the most striking and lesser-known sights along the coast
As we continue along the coast, the scenery becomes more breathtaking — steep terraces draped in bougainvillea, secret coves tucked into the cliffs, and the unmistakable charm of the Amalfi Coast unfolding before your eyes. We soon arrive at Conca dei Marini, a postcard-perfect village nestled on a rocky ledge above the sea. From the boat, you’ll spot the elegant white dome of San Pancrazio Church, standing tall between emerald hills and sapphire waters.
Soon after, we’ll reach the enchanting Natural Arch, also known as the Lovers’ Arch. According to legend, two young lovers once sought refuge beneath it, and nature carved the stone to shelter their eternal bond. Sailing beneath the arch is said to bring good fortune in love — a magical and symbolic start to your Amalfi Coast experience.

Bait and switch scheme - asked for money back - had to engage AMEX to stop payment . Viator customer service was not much help and did not represent my interests as expected. Process driven more than service driven. Will likely never use Viator again based on this experience.
Well organized, appropriate timing, very social Guide/Captain. It would be best for physically capable Guests, given the constant on/off from the vessel.
Captain Vito provided good information about the various stops and sights along the coast. He gave a very personalized tour with time for lunch in Amalfi and great swimming locations.
Amazing.. on time and very friendly host. Bang for the buck . Should consider this . There are a lot of options but this is worth it.
We were an afterthought. There were six of us small boat, no shade and it was very uncomfortable. The captain was wonderful however we had to wait on him because again we felt we were an afterthought. We did not get the boat that we reserved. The entire trip was uncomfortable because there was no shade.
Everything was very well organized, and pickup was prompt. You’ll receive several messages with pickup instructions before your tour. Depending on where you’re staying in Positano, be sure to allow plenty of time to get down to the port, as it can take longer than expected. This was a small-group tour, which made for a much more personal and relaxing experience. There were only four guests on our boat. Throughout the day, the captain provided snacks and drinks, and we had two opportunities to swim, each lasting about 30–45 minutes. We also stopped in Amalfi for about 90 minutes to explore the town. Before we arrived, the captain asked whether we wanted to stop for lunch afterward so we could plan our time in Amalfi accordingly. The restaurant he took us to was accessible only by boat, making it a unique part of the experience. If you’re looking for a party boat, this isn’t it—and that’s exactly why we loved it. The tour is designed to be peaceful and relaxing. Small glasses of Prosecco and limoncello were served on board, while we enjoyed most of our drinks during our time in Amalfi and at lunch. Thank you for an amazing day exploring the Amalfi Coast. It was one of the highlights of our trip!
We had an incredible time on this Amalfi Coast boat tour! The crew was friendly, professional, and made everyone feel welcome from the moment we boarded. The itinerary was perfectly planned, with stunning stops at Positano, Praiano, Fiordo di Furore, Amalfi, and the Emerald Grotto. We had plenty of opportunities to swim in the crystal-clear water, relax on the boat, and take in the breathtaking scenery. The small group size made the experience feel personal and never crowded. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Italy—highly recommend to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast! 🇮🇹⛵️🌊
An absolute must during your Positano trip! Pietro the captain was a great guide and host. We got to see the most breathtaking sights and have the most amazing swims!
The best choice you can make. Amazing places and Pietro the captain was incredible.
The Pietros (grandfather and grandson) were wonderful hosts. They shared the wonderful history along the way and we enjoyed multiple opportunities to swim. The boat was beautiful and very clean. We highly recommend!
